Τι να πω γι αυτην την καταπληκτική μεζονετα!!!! Δεν έχω λόγια... πεντακάθαρη,ασφαλή και με όλα τα κομφορ... Σίγουρα θα την ξανά προτιμήσουμε!!! Την συστήνω χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη..

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, φρέσκο ανακαινισμένος, στο κέντρο της πόλης. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολυ φιλικοί, με άμεση ανταπόκριση σε οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη μας. Συνίσταται ανεπιφύλακτα για διαμονή στην Κυπαρισσια!

Ένα διαμέρισμα πραγματικό στολίδι! Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το διαμέρισμα άνετο, καθαρό και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο! Ο οικοδεσπότης, κ. Αντώνης εξαιρετικά ευγενής και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει και να μας δώσει πληροφορίες για τη γνωριμία μας με την πόλη. Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ άνετη και συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το διαμέρισμα σε όποιους αναζητούν μια ευχάριστη και πολύ χαλαρωτική απόδραση!

נקי ומצוחצח. מתוחזק ברמה גבוהה מאוד. מארח נחמד. הליכה של 4 דקות מהחוף.

Second time staying here, and I will be coming back! This time I stayed for a week in a larger room and it was wonderful. Clean, quiet, and perfect size with beautiful large balcony. Didn’t expect my room to be cleaned every other day throughout the week, very much appreciated! Highly recommend this place. Very close to city center.

Τέλεια διακόσμηση, πεντακάθαρο,άνετο,είχε τα πάντα μέσα τα οποία χρειάζεται μια οικογενεια( οικιακές συσκευές, ηλεκτρονικες συσκευές και πλυντήριο ρούχων κάτι το οποίο πολλά καταλύματα δεν διαθέτουν )!!! Ευχάριστη διαμονή και το κυριότερο και πιο σημαντικό ασφάλεια από τη κεντρική είσοδο έως και την πόρτα του σπιτιού!!! Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε αφού μας άρεσε πολύ...το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα...Δίπλα στο κέντρο και δίπλα στην παραλία άσε πολύ ήσυχος μέρος και με δικό του ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ..

The apartment at the (raised) ground floor was very spacious and clean, with all possible amenities. The bedrooms in particular were very large with comfortable beds. The building was surrounded by lawned garden and olive groves, offering privacy and relaxation. Greg even allowed us to use the stone-built barbecue as an extra treat. Very highly recommended!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως περιγράφεται στην καταχώρηση αλλά και όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με τα πάντα κυριολεκτικά. Το μόνο που χρειάζεσαι μαζί είναι τα ρούχα σου... Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Σε μικρή απόσταση από την Μαρίνα Καλαμάτας και το λιμάνι, κοντά σε πολλές επιλογές εστιατορίων/καφέ/καταστημάτων. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και συνεννόηση με την ιδιοκτήτρια. Πρόθυμες τόσο η κα Νίκη όσο και η μητέρα της να σε εξυπηρετήσουν. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να μείνει στην Καλαμάτα.

We had a wonderful stay at Nikolas’s place in Archea Pissa! Christos was a very friendly and welcoming host, and was happy to meet us when we arrived and show us about the place. We even enjoyed some delicious Easter cookies baked by his mother! The house is very comfortable and recently renovated, and it is very well stocked with kitchen supplies. I do not feel the photos do it justice- it is nicer in real life! The secure off-street parking was also very handy. Thank you Christos for a lovely stay!!

We loved our stay at Kanela's House! It was perfect for a family stay. The route to the house, while not typical, was a charming walk. If you're not familiar with Dimitsana, take note that there are several areas in the town that you can park and walk from there. None of them are far.... maybe an extra 5 minutes walk to the street that takes you up to the house. Eleni, the host, always got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

We had amazing time staying at Julia's. The apartment is in a very quiet location, there is everything you need for spending a few days, a few weeks or even a few months. It feels like home, it's very clean and very tastefully decorated. Julia is a fantastic host, very friendly, very responsive and very reliable! I can totally recommend staying here!

Λοιπόν,το σπίτι το λατρέψαμε!!Ηταν τρομερά γραφικό,παραδοσιακό και πολύ βολικό για 5 μελής οικογένεια,με αρκετές παροχές και περιποιημένη αυλή που την καταευχαριστηθηκαν τα μικρά μας.Ειναι και σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο,μόλις λίγα βήματα από τα μαγαζιά και πολύ ήσυχο.Η κα. Στέλλα ήταν τρομερά ευγενική κι εξυπηρετική,πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει για αυτό και σίγουρα θα την ξαναπροτιμησουμε..!!!

What a charming cottage with the huge benefit of a private swimming pool. It is a stunning location with wild spring flowers and frogs croaking in the distance!! Julia is a wonderful host with great tips of where to eat- I had the largest and tastiest chicken souvlaki I’ve ever had just round the corner from the cottage. Thanks

Υπέροχο το διαμέρισμα που φιλοξενηθήκαμε! Αρκετά ζεστό και πολύ καθαρό ! Στο ποιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης ! Πολύ εύκολο το παρκάρισμα!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο και πεντακάθαρο. The apartment was super modern and beautiful. We stayed for 11 days and would definetely choose the very same apartment again, should we return next year. The owner responded promptly and friendly in all hours. The two balcons were nice and useful eg for drying laundry and beach towels and spending time.

Schöne Wohnung mit Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, diese haben uns die heißen Nächte erträglich gemacht. Der CheckIn war etwa mühsam: ich musste die Informationen selbst anfragen, als ich vor der Haustüre stand, und dann wollte mir die Firma ein Video senden, was nicht geklappt hat. Die Wohnung selbst ist im 2. Stock (barrierefrei) mit Blick und Balkon nach Osten auf die Berge, bzw. auch aufs Meer. Sie war extrem sauber geputzt. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster - alles da! Der Eigentümer war uns zwischendurch wegen eines Problems mit dem WLAN behilflich, dieses soll nach unserem Auszug endgültig behoben werden.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr praktisch für den Besuch von olympia. Es war alles sehr sauber und auch das Kochen hat gut geklappt. Leider war es durch die Straße sehr laut. Ansonsten haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt.

This place is the best deal in Zacharo! It is well above what one would expect to find in terms of its location and comfort level. The apartment is SQUEAKY clean. All appliances, furniture, decorative items, bedding, etc. look and feel brand-new. You can tell this home was built and decorated by loving hands; everything down to the smallest detail has been considered by the host. The house is fully equipped for everything one needs to have not just a good stay, but a super comfortable stay (just a couple of examples --> a very good washing machine and new air conditioning units in every room!). The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything one would want to have. The fridge had some welcoming presents: juices, beers, ouzo, wine, cold water; we also had coffee in the pantry. The outside space is very cozy and has romantic lighting at night; it has a great view of the town's church and red roofs of neighboring houses. The condominiums face a nice green lawn (a rarity in Greece!) and a beautiful olive tree garden. The space is beautifully decorated with planted flowers. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet and the house offers privacy despite being located very close to the center of Zacharo (5-minute walk to a great bakery and sweets shop Gourgoulis). The hosts are very friendly, warm, and kind. We had fun talking with the entire family. We will be glad to return to this home again and again, and encourage all of our friends and people looking at this listing to stay at Paul's place. P.S. There is also a covered garage space (not mentioned in the description); and the territory is gated at night.

The house was absolutely clean, in a quiet neighborhood! It was a 5 minute drive from supermarkets, bakeries etc and less than 10 minutes drive from the beach. Perfect for kids that want to play in the garden too. Would highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Dimitris. Le logement est propre et récent : salon cosy, cuisine équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut et nous qui aimons aussi cuisiner cela fut un vrai plus, chambre avec une bonne literie et rangements. il est aussi bien situé, à quelques pas de la place centrale de Chora ( restaurant, commerces...), à 5mn en voiture du Palais de Nestor et 20 des plages de la baie de Pylos. Dimitris est en plus très réactif si vous avez besoin de lui et arrangeant pour le checkin/checkout Si nous sommes de passage dans la région nous reviendrons chez Dimitris avec grand plaisir

Very large flat with private gated parking area. Very comfortable for our family. Amazing decks around the perimeter with laundry lines which made laundry a breeze. Great value.
