A golf course surrounds the property and we have a beautiful pool, barbecues, spa, tennis courts, and fitness center. We are Covid safe. Our cleaning service uses hospital grade disinfecting products. The experienced cleaning crew is meticulous to prepare our condo by cleaning all surfaces and appliances before our guest checks in. Our unit is a ground floor end unit with a view of the pool and hot tub from the back Lanai. Located at the front of the complex near the parking and lobby. There is AC, a 50 inch smart TV, free Wi-Fi. The Kitchenette features a microwave, coffee maker, electric skillet, refrigerator and cups, plates and silverware. TA-032-125-9008-01

You are walking distance to Honl's beach and to downtown Kailua Kona. The unit is the downstairs of a duplex, so no stairs. Infants are considered guests.

Amazing Oceanfront Condo! Great Location!

An amazing condo in a great complex. You’ll love my place because of the ocean, the views and location. Sea Village is beautiful complex about 1 mile south of Kailua Village. Close to everything yet away from the crowds. This peaceful oasis is set back from Ali'i Drive and it's traffic. My condo is about as far away from the road as you can get, the only sounds you will hear are the waves breaking on the sea wall below. Well equipped, well maintained and very clean for your enjoyment.

The Kona Palm Retreat is a private villa that’s a 5-minute drive from Kailua Kona town. The accommodation is private and well appointed. You have your own completely furnished apartment with its own tropical gardens and outdoor seating. There are no shared spaces. Our accommodations are very clean and well furnished, the Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared. Monica and I live upstairs, we rarely see our guests and we respect our guests privacy.

This is on one acre in Kona's safest and most desirable neighborhoods. It is the downstairs of a large home where I live quietly upstairs. You share nothing, the pool and spa are yours exclusively while you are here.

It is across the street from Kailua Bay and walking distance to restaurants, shops, churches, Kailua Pier, night life, beaches and ocean activities. There is also a large Farmers Market nearby. We are across the street from IronMan Swim Start/Finish line.
