Our Little Guest House

Quaint gambrel styled smaller home with most of the amenities you'd expect for a great stay at a great price! This house is tucked behind my shop and is very private and secure. It offers availability to large groups when coupled with 'The White House', our other Airbnb rental. Great beach combing, silver fishing just 10 miles away, Kassiks Brewery is nearby, North Peninsula Recreation Center offers a great pool, playground, etc. We are 19 miles from Kenai, 10 miles from Captain Cook State Park.

Retreat on the Kenai

Hi folks, my little house is available for use while I am out of town. This is my full time residence and am happy to share with visitors to the peninsula. It is quite cozy here with just over 700 sq. ft. It features knotty pine interior with new appliances. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, and washer and dryer. Despite being a few minutes drive from Walmart (one minute if you hit all the green lights) and 5 blocks from the beach. You will feel like you are in the forest.

Beach themed decor with a huge backyard and wilderness views. Two bedrooms and front entry room has a futon for extra guests. One bathroom with tub and shower. TV in living room with Dish TV and DVD player with movie collection. Full kitchen with cookware, dishes and some staples. Coffee and tea supplies. Laundry room. New spacious deck with furniture and hammock. Large lawn and fire pit. View of Kenai mountains, on Crooked Creek. Fishing in the back yard, minutes from the beach.

Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.

Shell Cottage by the beach with a view

Our cabin has all the essentials of home, coffee, tea, cooking spices. The kitchen is also stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. We are located 20 miles from Soldotna. There is a gas station, cafe & grocery store about 7 miles away. We overlook Cook Inlet & have a towrope to the beach. There is a road to the beach a mile down the road. We are located 7 miles from the Kasilof river & 6 from the mouth of the river.
