In the immediate vicinity of the store, restaurant, sports and swimming pool, gym, schools and Kalix hospital. The house consists of three bedrooms with a total of four beds, a spacious kitchen and living room, bathroom as well as sauna and relaxation area. Washing machine and dishwasher are available. Charming retro house by the sea

Koppla av med familjen i fridfulla, vackra Båtskärsnäs, nära Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) med bad och aktiviteter. Gästers husdjur är välkomna. Vid boendet finns en vedeldad badtunna utomhus som kan förbokas mot en avgift på 500 kronor, det är oftast möjligt att boka den men hör gärna av er i tid för att bekräfta detta. Två kajaker finns att låna. Från Båtskärsnäs går även båtturer ut i skärgården och på vintern har vi fina isar och skidspår. Sparkar, pulkor och snöskor finns att låna.

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation with 150 meters to the sea and marinas. The village is a small archipelago idyll. The village archipelago offers fantastic beaches and the popular campsite, Frevisören camp resort, with sea bath and restaurant is only 4 km away. Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker available. The absence of unnecessary lights around provides the perfect setting for observing the Northern Lights. There is one bedroom with a 180 cm bed, livingroom with a 140 cm sofa bed and another bedroom on the second floor with a 140 cm sofa bed and a 90 cm bed. There is a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. Note that there are no doors in the first floor. During the summertime you can find a swing in the yard. There are lots of toys for children to play with.

The cottage is modern and cosy , very compact and located by the river Kemijoki. Amazing view to river and safe private beach for kids to play and swim. Big terrace and barbeque area gives for your staying more value. The interior of the cabin is decorated with Finnish design classics, and it is very cozy with all the household equipment needed.
