Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.

We have a farmhouse close to the city center, Kalmar castle and the city park. Approximately 300 meters to Kalmarsundsbadet. The house is newly built in 2016, about 40 m2 large, 2 rooms and kitchen with private bathroom with washing and drying facilities. Three beds.
