Beachfront holiday rentals in Kalmar

What an amazing night we have spent in the tent! The environment is so peaceful and quiet, sleeping by the stars and listening to the (wild)life out there has been such a nice experience. The beds are super confortable and the tent is perfectly equipped. The kids (and grown ups) have really enjoyed it! It is also a very nice place to explore with lots of activities and great places to discover. Would highly recommend!

Nine of us (six adults and three children) stayed in the house over the Easter weekend. It’s located within walking distance of the coast, where you can enjoy beautiful walks, explore the area, or even go for a swim. The house itself is warm and welcoming, and it has everything you might need, including a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of toys, and a great outdoor area where we had our first barbecue of the year. There are also a few bicycles one can use. Rebecka and her father-in-law were both very helpful and kind. They allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was fantastic—and especially appreciated by the children, who made the most of the trampoline. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

A wonderful swedish experience! Actually, one should keep this little paradise to oneself as a secret tip and share it only with very good friends :) The location of Magnus' small loft is a dream, situated with a slightly elevated terrace, overlooking the legendary landscape of the archipelago and finding oneself in the midst of nature. The grounds of the accommodation are like Bullerbü, with a beautiful stylish Swedish house attached and old fruit trees as well.There are paddle boats and canoes as well as bicycles, so you can move around perfectly to explore the islands. The loft is very cozy with typical Nordic charm, very comfortable, good beds, and a modern shower. A small kitchenette helps to self-cater occasionally. Magnus and his wife are very warm and welcoming hosts who always had good answers to all our wishes and questions. Magnus is an expert in giving tips about the surroundings and other parts of the country. Definitely a vacation that couldn't have been more beautiful.

we had some lovely fall day. The house is just so beautiful right down to the water with lots of islands. The highlight was a ride in the rowboat. We could have easily stayed a few more days.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay. We were able to make nice trips or relax at the in-house bar and even swim. Maria was a very warm host. We'll be back

Pär was super responsive as a host. Their house is such a fine gem. It's in walking distance from the town, yet far enough away to be private and with a great view over the archipelago and the city on the opposit side of the water. Quiet and calming - soothing for the soul.

Magical place when you want to get in from City life. When the sea and forest meet =) Absolutely wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at Per's small cabin by the sea. Although small, the cabin is very cozy and comfortable and really has everything you need and a priceless view over the water. The boat was a great plus and we enjoyed very much exploring the area. We highly recommend it.

This was definitely our best accommodation we had in 8 years in Köpingsvik! The fact that we are extremely satisfied is really no exaggeration and there is nothing negative at all to find about either the property or the host. Everything was TOP NOTCH and a welcome called goodbye!! Full marks for Maria and Jörgen!!

The second time we rented and just as happy this time. A really good place for the family that is highly recommended!

Our stay in Köpinsvik was above and beyond, proximity to the beach, Ica and restaurants, was more than what we expected. We rented a bike from nearby camping, so we could easily get into Borgholm. It took about 15 minutes to bike there. What we wished was that there was more than one parking. Jonas always responded when contacting him, however, we did not meet him in person without all communication was via message. Can highly recommend this home, as it was absolutely perfect!

Very nice accommodation with proximity to everything! The beach, Ica, pastry shop, restaurants etc. Better in real life than in pictures! Consumables such as dish soap, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, etc., were in the apartment, which was equipped with most things. Wasn't missing anything. We'd love to come back here!

It was a great stay. The apartment was perfect, tidy, modern with all the amenities. In addition, it was absolutely wonderful to wake up to a lovely sea view. Simon is quick to communicate and is helpful. We are super happy with the stay. Would have loved to extend the stay.

We had a lovely week at the house and enjoyed the pool, the house and the beautiful view of the sea. Everything we needed was in the house and Johanna and Klas responded quickly when we had questions. There were also cozy excursions to visit and Oskarshamn is a nice small town! Can highly recommend the property to others.

Lena's place is as excellent location for all activities around Kalmar. We stayed for the Ironman triathlon and it was a perfect base. The house is clean and well presented containing everything we needed for our time there. She was very kind and allowed my sister in law to park her mobile home in the front yard. Special note: watch your head as the doorways are low!!

We had a wonderful stay in Grönhögen. We were four adults and three infants and the house was perfect for our “baby holiday”. The host is super helpful and responsive. Nice little town and the house has a beautiful view over the ocean and perfect for watching the sunset

We spent a great week at Carl's beautiful house. The place is even nicer than in the pictures and equipped with everything you need. Carl was always available and helped us with all questions. Degrees with children you can spend a wonderful time in and around the house! We would come back anytime!

My sister and I brought our kids here as a little mini vacation and it was beyond expectations! The kids were overjoyed and had a great time and so did we adults. Very cozy house with comfortable beds and everything you might need. The surroundings are really lovely! Very nice hosts!

Best Experience i've ever had for an Airbnb! Simon and his Family are extremely nice and friendly. The brought us eggs (organic!), raspberry jams, even their traditional food! We felt like we were at Home! But this is not what makes this Place special. The Apartment.. so nice and neat. Clean and it has everything that you need for a Stay. Simon answers always fast and takes care of every issue. You can even go swimming and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the Swimming zone. I loved it there and i can only recommend it, for everyone who wants to enjoy the time with his family. Thank you Simon!

A great place to stay with a fantastic view of the fields. You can swim nearby and take beautiful walks. You have to go for shopping. Karin is really reliable and helpful. The house is clean and well equipped.

Anne-Li & Patrick were very friendly, helpful and pro-active. The place of the house is outstanding- direct on the sea with the opportunity to swim and kayak. Wonderful terrace with a great view into the archipelago. The house is brand- new with a first class equipped kitchen. All in all a great and relaxing experience.

Soheil is a super friendly and attentive host. The apartment is small, but everything is available and the landlord is always available if you need anything else. The location is just great, so close to the water. The city center is within walking distance. Soheil also takes care of bicycles or lends a SUP board if needed.
