Das gesamte Apartment ist mit einzigartigen Designerstücken dekoriert und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist 36m2 groß und hat Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Auch Haustiere sind jederzeit willkommen. Unser “Highlight” ist der “Indoor Pool”, die Benutzung ist im Preis inkludiert.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Es gibt Spazierwege durch romantische Wälder, an der Drau entlang, zum Faakersee (2km) und Silbersee (2 km). Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Optionally also suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment is located directly at Rosenbach train station. Access to all public transport is right at your doorstep. Nevertheless, very quiet and secluded location. 12 km to Velden Wörthersee, 12 km to Faakersee.

A few minutes drive to many ski areas, lakes, the thermal baths and interesting excursion destinations.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
