This is a "very old building" that seems to have been built in the early Showa era. It used to be a Dried fish shop. It is a long, deep row house with a very unique construction. The inconvenience of glowing everywhere, such as the dirt room right from the entrance, a small living room, a steep staircase, and a slightly tilted second floor.We have renovated it to make it more comfortable while retaining the original character. The location of the inn is right behind Katsuura Mori Street and the shopping district, so it is in a good location.It is a short walk to Katsuura Port, so you can easily go fishing.In the morning, you can buy vegetables and dried food at the morning market, take a break at a famous local coffee shop, visit a nearby temple, or take a bath in Matsunoyu, the oldest public bath in Chiba Prefecture!There are also a variety of nearby izakayas with a reasonable and good atmosphere.Try Katsuura Tantan noodles! Katsuura Chuo Beach is a 7-minute walk away. The nearby supermarket is 4 minutes by car "Bayesia". The nearby convenience store is "7-Eleven" 5 minutes on foot. Katsuura station is a 9-minute walk. Convenience store 5 minutes, supermarket 5 minutes, Awa Shrine, one of Japan's three major gold transporting shrines, 5 minutes. It is quiet and private space is reserved for renting the entire house. From the garden, you can see the sunset and the sea. Enjoy your own space, but small. There are two beds and can accommodate both double and twin beds. There are two more mattresses. All basic facilities are provided, so you can stay without any inconvenience. (We do not recommend it for 4 adults as it is very small.Recommended for 2 people + pet) Shower, toilet, kitchen new. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is safe and secure. Please have a special time at our secluded villa.

We turned the detached building next to the main house into a small guest house. This is a simple, one-of-a-kind inn with a hint of the Showa era.From the second person, it is 4,500 yen.Feel free to use it with friends or on your own.There are dogs and cats on the☆ premises, so unfortunately it is difficult for people who are not good with animals to use it. From ☆the parking lot, walk 2 minutes along a narrow path that cars cannot pass, and there are slopes and stairs.(There are two sets of three steps) The ☆back is a forest, so we clean it carefully, but unfortunately, it is difficult for people who don't like insects to stay. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance of the☆ accommodation.We recommend checking in after you have finished shopping. It is a little inconvenient, but it is a quiet environment.Feel free to use it as if it were your own small villa. ☆Barbecue equipment can be rented for 2,000 yen.Please clean up by 10 pm and enter the room. * Ingredients are not included in the price.
