This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa Prefecture.There is a small river next to the villa, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. The fully renovated villa is equipped with a wood stove, TV, high-speed wifi, table tennis table, and a large terrace connected to the living room, lawn in front of you, and the mountain forest create a comfortable space.There is a large parasol on the terrace, and you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace if it rains a little. At night, the stars look beautiful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the outdoor air bath and BBQ after the sauna while watching the stars in an infinity chair in nature.The tent sauna has an anti-influencer on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even in the rain.The outdoor air bath is also pleasant in the rain. It is recommended to stay for consecutive nights and have a relaxing sauna and BBQ in the middle of the day. nice to meeting you.We produce vegetables and various farming experiences in the name of a house called Peak Foothill, where we grow vegetables and do various farming experiences. It is a natural environment where insects and birds are wobbling at the foot of the mountain.We have renovated the building that was originally a company retreat into an inn, so you can use it spaciously.Solid Japanese architecture.The bath, toilet, etc. has been renovated. Convenience stores, supermarkets, and more, are about 10 to 15 minutes away. There are hot spring facilities and places to play in the river nearby.Please let us know that we will also guide you to each restaurant in the morning, day and night. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils. [You bring your own seasonings such as oil, salt, sugar, etc.The amenities section also states that there are condiments, but this is not the case for the use of Airbnb because cooking utensils and condiments are not listed separately.Thank you for your understanding.]

Entire 1-floor inn to be healed by the sound of the waves Manazuru/Yugawara/Atami Fishing/Surfing/Hiking /Woodstove/

It is one of the few beachfront properties in the Yugawara area.(Access to the waves within 100 steps of the road!) It is also good to swim and surf, but you can relax reading a book while listening to the sound of the waves, and it is nice to relax. The best Chill is waiting for you. We have installed outdoor living on the 1st deck.There is a wood stove and outdoor sink for a relaxing time while watching the bonfire flames. I can't see the sunset, but I don't get tired of seeing the pale changing colors. In the morning, you can see the refreshing sunrise and Sagami Bay, the Manazuru Peninsula, Izu Oshima, and Hatsushima.
