Kala Hill was a great find. It is the most amazing property in a beautiful location with stunning scenery and an amazing sun rise. The property was wonderful it definitely did not disappoint, it was well presented with everything you need and in great condition. The location was brilliant, just what we wanted, somewhere unique, private and out of the tourist areas so we could experience the real Thailand. Raya was a brilliant host. From start to finish she helped arrange transfers, excursions and food. The communication was perfect and everything ran so smoothly which was important to us as travelling as a large family of 6 people with young and older children. Raya's mom also offered to cook breakfast and dinner for us, this was some of the best and most authentic food we've ever eaten in Thailand and I'd really recommend taking advantage of the hospitality of you can. Overall, this is one of the best places we've stayed and we only wish we could have stayed longer ❤️

I have stayed here for 4 days, as this place seemed to offer everything I needed for some quiet workation. It served its purpose very well! This cozy cabin is functional, done thoughtfully, well-equipped (with all you need for cooking). It is private with a nice garden, it's beautiful to sit there during sunrise and before sunset, listening to the sounds of nature and birds chirping. Staying at Kantavika's place was definitely one of the highlights of my visit in Kanchanaburi! Kantavika is a very responsive host, she was always there to help with any question or issue I had.

Friendly staff, spacious garden view, and it's nice to stay quietly with the river right in front of you. There is no store nearby, so prepare snacks in advance. I recommend this place.

Aurapa is a lovely lady and a great host. Aurapa was kind enough to pick us up from the local bus station and take us to the accommodation which is a 8 min drive from the center. We stayed in the tree house which was lovely, had it's own large kitchen and dinning area and plenty of outside seating. The bedroom was compact but fine for us and everything was nice and clean. We used Aurapa's recommendations for sightseeing and a driver which made our stay much smoother. Recommended and we would stay again.
