Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kangaroo Point

I booked Sophie and Ari’s place for my dad and brother, who were visiting from overseas, and they had a great stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and as described. Sophie and Ari were fantastic hosts - friendly and very responsive, making communication easy throughout. Highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area 🙂

Amanda's home has what you need for a short stay to a longer stay. It's close to cafes and restaurants and has a fantastic kitchen for stay at home meals. Plenty of aircons and ceiling fans to keep you cool and we definitely needed that. Thanks so much for being flexible with our check in.

Kate was a fantastic host! We booked her home for a few employees who were working nearby. Due to changes happening on site, we had to make amendments to our booking. Kate was so understanding and helped us massively with changing the dates around for us. She couldn't have been more accommodating!! The employees were happy and had no complaints during their stay. We would definitely book again if back in the area. Highly recommend. Thanks again Kate! :)

Great location close to all amenities, description of home very accurate, outdoor area around pool had the loveliest plush lawn, perfect for our grandson to run around on, very private in back yard. Had extra granny flat attached to the home, although we did not utilise it, would be helpful for a larger family or grandparents, nice host to deal with. Overall had a nice relaxing break.

We had a wonderful stay at Celine's, the house is spacious and clean. There is everything we needed and as described. The beds are comfortable, close to the shops, convenient location. Thank you for having us stay in your home.

Simone was a wonderful host and we enjoyed our stay so much more than expected. The location was peaceful, and a 10 minute walk to the Virginia train station so we could easily get into the city. It was also a short 15 minute drive to Brisbane entertainment centre. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the home was convenient and comfortable.

We needed a place that close for a group of us to head back to after a concert. I chose it because of it's size, and it was exactly what we needed to hold 5 adults. Would use this place again for the same reason if I needed to.

Andy was very helpful and accommodating. We had a home emergency and were grateful the property was available. Communication was easy & we never had to wait long for a response. The pool was the highlight of the stay. The kookaburras in the morning was also a great surprise for the kids.

Michelle's apartment accurately reflected the photos and description in the listing. The decor, artwork and furnishings nicely reflected a mid-century theme, enhanced with ambient lighting. As well as exploring Fortitude Valley, there was easy walking access to New Farm, Teneriffe and the city centre. Michelle was a friendly host, who met us in person and communicated very well in the lead-up to our check-in.

Great location - easy to get into the centre of Brisbane. Felt private despite being in the city. Liz was a really friendly host!

This apartment is a rare gem! My second time staying here and it’s like a home away from home. I love all the thoughtful touches like the key supplies provided and the very well equipped kitchen.

I want to thank Mila for providing such a wonderful place for me to stay at. The Air Bnb was neat and tidy. The location is extremely convenient to get to anywhere. Most importantly, Mila is friendly and responsive!

Nice and quiet despite being located near the railway line, didn’t have any noise. Easy to park. Nice small studio apartment with everything I needed.

what an awsoume place so clean and modern with views of the park but also shadded from the sun which was nice after long days out in the heat of the day , there are plenty of quality restaurants and cafes around in short walking distance I would like to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment - location was very central but also quiet. It was so easy to get around the city. The pool and gym was an added bonus. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a perfect spot in central Brisbane!

Ty’s home was welcoming and comfortable. It was easy to find and her clear directions made check in a breeze. There was plenty of linen and cold water and lollies in the fridge which was very sweet of her. Would highly recommend staying with Tu.

Lovely place to stay in a fabulous complex. The apartment was a great open space with all the facilities and equipment you could ask for. Communication with the hosts was always rapid and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Really convenient, comfortable apartment walking distance to lots of great restaurants and the ferry. We loved walking along the river with the dog. Would happily stay again

Spacious, comfortable and really well maintained apartment perfectly located a short walk from the South Bank and the heart of the West End. Shower was great and we loved the balcony.

This beautiful apartment was a great finding that suit all what I needed. Lucia is so thoughtful that even leaves beautiful tea to her guests to try. Absolutely great location in walk distance from the mall. Thank you!
