You can overlook the beautiful coast from the hill with a good view. The living room, bedroom, Japanese-style room, and bathroom all have ocean views overlooking Sagami Bay. Early risers can also enjoy the sunrise from Sagami Bay. The bathrooms have hot springs and you can enjoy hot spring baths, but there is no large public bath like a hot spring facility. The bathtub is a home type and there is only one shower. If there are many people, please use it at different times. There are no restaurants, convenience stores, etc. nearby, and meals are not provided because the accommodation is a private house. However, the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, oven, pots, dishes, etc., so you can cook for yourself. You can connect to the internet Wi-Fi using an optical line without stress. For security reasons, surveillance cameras are installed at the entrance facing the parking lot, but not in the room. Recently, the refrigerator's ice making function has been malfunctioning, but refrigeration and freezing are not a problem.

CAPUSULE HOUSE-K is a private house designed by Kisho Kurokawa. It was created based on the concepts of Metabolism and Homo Mobius. This building is composed of the same capsules as the Chugin Capsule Tower Building, which is also a metabolism building, and was completed in 1973, the year after the building was completed. Until now, it has been open only to a few people and was a little-known building, but in 2019, the restoration was started by Kisho Kurokawa's son, and now it is open to the public with the interior of that time.
