Town Information The nearest station, Izu Okawa station, is an unmanned station and there are few trains. Also, there are no supermarkets or restaurants. There are no taxis or pick-up services. The previous station, Izu Kogen Station, has everything you need, including coin lockers and supermarkets. Please note that we do not provide luggage storage or taxi services. A private rental accommodation located in the Tateshina Kogen Highlands. On clear days, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset over the Central Alps or the star-filled sky from the terrace. You can also enjoy trekking using the cable car. The building is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and office chairs, making it ideal for workation. There is no TV, so please enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. The basic fee is for one person, including use of the sauna. For groups of 2 or more, there is a charge of 6,000 yen for each additional guest. Children 2 years old and under are free of charge. We recommend that you come to our facility by car. Please do your shopping in the area around the station in advance. In addition, day-use hot springs are located about 5 minutes away by car. In 2026, sauna use will be suspended from April to the end of November due to freezing conditions.

Quiet Rural Retreat in a traditional Japanese house. We renovated a 80 years small wooden house by ourselves taking a long time. The building used to be used for raising silkworms by farms. It was our culture and industry to get silks in this area. You can have a calm time for having Coffee and beer, reading books, listening music... The village is surrounded by nature for hiking to mountains and rivers. Some local families live in around the house, so please stay like the village people.
