Monthly Rentals in Kao-hsiung Harbor

This apartment is amazing with beautiful view. Private, spacious and clean apartment great for relaxation. Place is fully equipped. The bed is roomy and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, nice and clean with all amenities provided. Self check-in with a smart lock was very convenient. The location of the apartment was described precisely, so I found it very quickly with easy access. Near 85SkyTower are situated; shopping-malls, grocery stores, good restaurants, pharmacies and other stores and facilities, so the location is convenient; in the centre and next to the harbor. Owner is very kind, pleasant, communicative, helpful and responds immediately. They have answered my questions and helped me whenever I needed; providing with extra services. They also provided me with a guide and local tips on things to do in and around; list of bars, restaurants and much more, so I am thankful for that also. I really enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend this place. Thank You very much 😊

The host is very kind to deliver the key to you directly, the property is also very clean, the location is very easy to go everywhere is very easy to walk there is 711 in a minute, but the walk should be within 3 minutes.A lot of food nearby, the only downside is that the soundproofing isn't very good but the rest is very nice!Would recommend it again next time a friend!

This is a nice clean comfortable place with easy access to nearby bus stops or light rail station and with walking distance to market and restaurants, very convenient ! The house also has a nice view where you can see Kaohsiung harbor!

Nice location, not even 200 km from the LRT and not even 500 km from the MRT.. Maria and Mario clean the room weekly and are kind, communicative people.. My only issue had nothing to do with Maria and Mario: The 85 Sky Tower's fire alarm went off a few too many times - and with no fires.. It was usually idiot smokers too lazy to smoke outside, ruining it for the other guests.. Maybe - hopefully! - the 85 will take care of it somehow or another -- and soon!... I'd still recommend the place though.. I'd even recommend buying a place there as it's not just an airbnb - it's a few hotels and residences as well
