What a beautiful home! So serene, calm and beautiful views throughout. Mithun has really put a lot of thought into every aspect which is really appreciated. Getting to the stay is easiest by car as it's a slightly steep hilly walk, though a very pleasant one. The whole place is bright and airy, with stunning views yet very private. Yeshu, the kindly caretaker was around to help as best he could. The stay has no TV which I felt was a plus as you can really enjoy the stay while you're there, and Mithun has left lots of activities (badminton set, dart board) to keep guests entertained. Great suggestions for nearby food places, though I'd also suggest trying the real local smaller eateries where we had some really great food. Overall I'd recommend this stay, well worth it. We had a wonderful time at this homestay. The house had such a good feeling about it, and we really enjoyed being there. It was so calm and cozy that we spent most of our time just relaxing at the homestay instead of going out. A big thank you to Shiby, the caretaker, for being so helpful during our stay. We will definitely tell our friends and family about this great place.

Gautam's property is an absolute bliss atop a hill tucked away right in the midst of a beautiful estate. Thompayil offers an escape from clutter and noise and brings one right into the best that nature has to offer. The ride, by Jeep, from the parking space to the property is an experience in itself. The property is well managed, provisioned and maintained very well. The local hosts Mr Adithyan and Mr Prosanjeet were more than helpful with our needs. A major standout of the property is the cleanliness. The food, prepared locally, was an absolute delight. The view from the balcony is an ever changing landscape of rolling hills and mist. The estate, in itself, has plenty to walkaround in with a 360° hilltop view just a short trek away. Gautam's property is highly recommended for those looking for a peaceful yet enjoyable retreat in Vagamon.

The property is impeccable with beautiful and calming view right from your window every morning. The sort of off-roading towards the property makes your stay even better. Our caretaker Laiju was very kind and accommodated everything we wanted. The host Milen was super helpful right from the day we booked this property, he was always available for any query of ours and gave us right guidance on the directions before we got to the property. The place is pet friendly as-well and my dog enjoyed the environment as much as we could. Overall the place is a steal deal.
