The house, which was lovingly converted/renovated in 2020/21, is modern and fully furnished. It is elevated, 30 meters from the sea, and 1 minute to swimming. It offers 2 bedrooms/living rooms and kitchen with sea view, bathroom with windows, courtyard and 2nd toilet, washing machine and storage. Malsova Maisonette

Malsova Maisonette is located on the beach of Malsova, 2 km from the picturesque village of Agios Nikolaos. It is part of the Malsova Home complex. Malsova Maisonette is a traditional stone building built in 1880. It has 2 floors and a total area of 70 sqm. The 2 floors are connected by an external staircase. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom and a terrace overlooking the sea. On the lower floor there is a bedroom, a living room/kitchen and a bathroom. Outside the house there is a courtyard that leads to the beach

The kamara

Our guest house,"The Kamara", is located in the peaceful village of Neohori in Westernmani. Only a five minute drive from the sandy beaches of Kalogria and Stoupa (a car is recommended), and with a backdrop of the Taygetos mountains, the traditional village has two bakeries, two cafenions, a minimarket, and a taverna. The house is fully equipped. Upstairs is a kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed. Downstairs, in a traditional Kamara with vaulted ceiling, is the bedroom and en-suite.

The Tsa Townhouse, Kardamyli

The house is an old town house built 1876 and has been renovated 2018. Three nice and bright bedrooms with Coco-mat beds, all with balcony or access to roof terass. Two bathrooms, a separate wc, fully equipped kitchen, big living room with an open fire place. A big roof terass overlooking the sea on one side and the mountains on the other (equipped with refrigerator and water). All rooms with air-condition . The house is suitable for 6 persons. There is 2 small beaches nearby.
