Aijaz and his dedicated staff were the epitome of Kashmiri hospitality. Their smiles were genuine, their service was attentive yet unobtrusive, and they went above and beyond to cater to our needs. What truly touched us was Aijaz's integrity and empathy. Understanding that our original itinerary was significantly impacted by the unforeseen circumstances, he was courteous enough to offer a refund for the unused nights of our reservation without any prompting. The house is situated at foothills of Sangreshi mountain and the view is so pleasing to eyes especially garnished with the sweet sounds of birds in early morning. As mentioned in listing it is 25 Kms from Airport and takes an hour to reach as the traffic woes are everywhere. Kousar Aunty’s homemade and simple food was amazing and we loved it all. Our return flight was at 7:50 AM in morning and we had to leave by 5:15 AM and Kousar Aunty gave some some packed Sandwiches which we enjoyed at Airport. Really appreciated her waking up so early for us. Mr. Bashir arranged our Cab and I must say the Cab guy was perfect and least annoying and never cribbed for any extended time spent by us in market or else where. One suggestion is if an Electric kettle is placed in the rooms it would be nice and gives some freedom to make tea coffee at any point of time.

Prof. Manan was an excellent host and went out of his way to help us. We stayed with my parents for 4 days on the property. The ammonites were as mentioned on the website. A caretaker, Mr. Firdous, was always available over a call. It was a home away from home. We could interact with Manan's mother and son, a toddler who treats us as a family. He was there to see us off at 4.00 am when we vacated and was leaving for the airport. We would love to come back and stay at this property again.
