Zen Meadow: The whole House

Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Our 3 holiday mountain lodges are directly located in the giant mountains of poland - in the middle of 2 ski areas Szklarska Poreba & Karpacz. Perfect for hiking, wintersports & nature fans. For that our lodges are perfect prepared with ski wardrobe, shoe dryer, infrared Sauna, hottub, Terrace & private parking space. Closed to us is a very famous waterfall where it is alloud to go swimming. The interior is a very cosy unique design with all modern features - WIFI, smart TV, modern kitchen, ...

Tlen DOM 1 base - deep breath in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation. Heated in winter, air-conditioned in summer

Cosy and comfortable flat in Piechowice - the heart of Karkonosze (Giant Mountains), near Szklarska Poręba. The flat is newly renovated, what makes it really nice cosy space. It is in the block of flats with silent and nice neighbors. The two-room, 35 square meters flat, whit bedroom and cosy living-room, can fit four people, perfect for those who want to explore the region - both the nature and the culture.

The Tower - Unique Nature House with Hotub & Sauna

The Tower is a unique high-energy anthroposophic nature house overlooking the Giant Mountains in Karkonoski Park. Built with natural local materials, it’s perfect for solo adventurers or couples seeking quiet for reading, writing, meditation, painting, biking or long forest walks, plus refreshing swims by the waterfall. Guests can also enjoy a private hot tub and sauna corner at a fair and worthwhile price.

Borsuk Apartment

A comfortable apartment for four people, with one bedroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Guests have access to a terrace overlooking the Karkonosze Mountains. Comfortable parking. In the area belonging to the apartments, in the common area, there are two barbecue stations and a fenced fireplace/bonfire.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

A UNIQUE, UNUSUAL PLACE! The tree houses are small luxury apartments in Karpacz, equipped with the necessary furnishings to make your vacation in the mountains unforgettable and carefree. For your comfort, our tree houses have a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In all houses, small heaters provide a cozy, warm atmosphere on colder autumn and winter days.

Get to the very end, or maybe the beginning of the road. Next is only the heart of the Karkonosze National Park. Thanks to its location at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level and the layout of the rooms, our house is attractive all year round. We offer a comfortable 1930s-style interior. A hot sauna awaits you in the basement.

Welcome to the cottage for a couple in love. This small space is filled with the smell of wood and the surrounding shrubs and pines. Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Unlimited Internet access is available on site. I highly recommend it!!!
