The place has a separate parking lot, private Jacuzzi and infrastructure.

Our new cottage is connected to the building that is already on this plot (Apartments with mountain views in Marczyce, max. number of guests 9, area 100 sq m, ground floor, first floor, attic. Downstairs: a hallway, living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen. Upstairs: bedroom 1 - two single beds, sitting area, 8.5 sq meters balcony. Bedroom 2 - one double bed, from the bedroom entrance to the room - office or children's bedroom. Attic: 2 single beds, a seating area. The plot area is 1.5 ha.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, the birdsong, the starry sky, resting in a place where time flows slower, and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Oxygen base HOUSE 2 - deep breath in the heart of the Giant Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. A quiet neighborhood in the middle of lower Karpacz, surrounded by meadows with nice visits to deer, deer and rabbits. At the same time, close to the center (10 minutes on foot). Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!
