The building is located in the village of Kovářská and has been newly sensitively renovated. The reconstruction preserved as many original elements as possible and combined them with modern design. The cottage is located in the middle of a meadow, the sunny terrace has a beautiful view of the surroundings. On the ground floor there is a sauna for 6 people with a lounge, a cooling barrel and an exit to the outside. There is also a living room with a kitchenette, which is open to the meadow with a large window and access to the terrace. In the attic there is a social area with a bar, fridge, foosball and table tennis.

There are a few houses and a garden in the area, it is not a secluded place in the woods. It's on the outskirts of the city, where you can already get out into nature.
