A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The large furnished terrace with sun protection and access to the garden invite you to relax and grill.

The bedroom can be reached from the large living and dining room. The parking is at the house. In the immediate vicinity you will also find a food market with bakery, a restaurant, the train station, a drugstore and a bike rental. The beach is a 10-minute walk away.
