Welcome to a newly built summer cottage by the sea in a fantastic archipelago environment. The cottage is of a high standard and has all the amenities. There are 6 beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Large terrace in a western position with fantastic views of the sea and magical sunsets. Quiet and secluded location, Bathrobe distance to the sea and sun-warmed rocks – for morning dips and lazy days. A motorboat is available as an option outside the summer months: 40 hp outboard motor, GPS, sonar and electric motor – price SEK 5,000/week

Rural, quiet accommodation on an island in Karlskrona archipelago with its own large garden for relaxation and play, but still close to the city, shopping center and shopping. Many beds, and your four-legged friends are very welcome. Feel that you have come to a relaxing environment with room for the whole family, with the possibility of walks in the woods and warm swimming in Karlskrona's archipelago. Opportunity for fishing is available at the associated jetty, but no boat moorings. Public swimming area at Knipehall, with trampoline 1 km away.

Cottage in Karlskrona archipelago

A detached house on Saltö, Karlskrona, with sea view and 50 m from the private landing jetty, placed on municipal shore. Access to a small rowing boat is included in the price. The hosts speak English and a bit German. Maximum guests are two adults and two children. The house is situated close to the owners house, but still has its privacy with a large terrace attached and access to an own part of the garden. Cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen and towels can normally not be provided.

Brightly decorated 30 m² cottage, completed in spring 2021. Seaside location with partial lake view at Sjuhalla, 1.5 km outside Nättraby in Karlskrona's beautiful archipelago. Open floor plan with kitchen and living room. Fold out kitchen table to conserve space if needed. The living room has TV and sofa bed with two beds. Spacious bathroom with a shower. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Sleeping loft with double bed. Furnished terrace with partial sea view and barbecue.

Ocean front modern cottage

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Seaside appartment ligger vägg i vägg med värdfamiljens bostad. Här ingår sängkläder o handdukar ”bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Det är en lägenhet med havsutsikt och närhet till naturskyddsområde med vackra stigar. Det finns tillgång till hav med möjlighet att bada 50m från lägenheten. Vi har även en gästsuga på tomten som syns i bild, den heter Panorama archipelago. Våran huvud bostad som ligger vägg i vägg går att hyra när vi är iväg ”Villa panorama” båda går att hyra på Airbnb.

Welcome to this small wooden cabin, in the beautiful archipelago of Karlskrona, offering you basic amenities, cleanliness, simplicity whilst enjoying the surrounding garden, the beautiful views and sunsets over the Baltic Sea. There is a small beach close by and a bus line to Karlskrona Centre, just a short walk away. The price includes bed linen, towels, water, electricity, heating, fiber (wifi) and cleaning. Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”
