Well-equipped cottage in quiet location close to the sea and city center. Six beds in the large cottage, fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine and enclosed patio. Lillstuga and playground. Amazing beach 600 meters away, pine forest with paths, bike paths etc. In the center there are groceries, system companies, pharmacy and shops. Along the Helgeån and in its vicinity you will find several restaurants and cafes.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with the sea as a neighbor. Approximately 300 meters to the swimming area. Lovely nature to stay in if you want to go out and move on. Discover the nice Örarev in Fulvik just 4.2 km away, as well as a nice and larger swimming area/beach. Möre golf club only 5km. If you want to go to the summer town of Kalmar and Öland, it is only about a 30 minute drive. Pets are welcome.
