Welcome to a cozy accommodation close to Borgholm, Alvaret and Solliden. You live in a nice farm house on a shared plot. Alvaret is available in ten minutes walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling folk life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There's a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the terrace 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathrooms (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

Cottage in Juleboda/ Österlen next to Maglehem & sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Approximately 1500 meters to Bike Park. Ironman Week is booked in full at least 6 days 13-19 (or 14-20) August.

Seaside apartment in cosy Hörvik

Our nice apartment is located in the beautiful fishing camp Hörvik. Here you have about 300m to the beach, the sea and cozy restaurants. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is newly renovated with kitchen and bathroom with shower. Free parking on the street. In the harbor there are two restaurants, Kajutan and Fiskerian, which serve fish and meat dishes but also fantastic pizza.

Our cottage is 40 sqm. and is close to the city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its nice sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The property can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).
