Perfect place for a family looking to spend their Phuket vacation right by Kata Beach. The house's modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven and all the kitchenware you need to cook. The house has a large dining table and an open outdoor and indoor living area. This house offers a great view overlooking the valley and sea bellow. There is a dishwasher and BBQ. The beach is 1.5km away, there is a big grocery store 500m away and also many restaurants in the kata area.

The rooftop terrace features a spacious area with sun loungers and a seating arrangement overlooking the panoramic sea view. Lush greenery and vibrant pink flowers surround the terrace, with a railing providing safety. A distant ship can be seen on the water.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A townhouse at the end of a quiet street, but near great restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. Master bedroom has a king bed and an extra single bed. Two other bedrooms have queen beds, and there is a pullout couch, so can accommodate 8 guests for a very reasonable price. The townhouse has just finished an extensive renovation in April 2024, as well as all new furniture and beds.
