POPIELATO is a year-round, small house (35 m2), for 2 - 4 people, located on the edge of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradowa Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. There's an amazing panorama of the Sudeten from here. The house has two separate bedrooms (including 1 on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and a hot tub (wood-burning) pack that can be accessed directly from a large patio. The cottage is located on a fenced-in plot (1,000 m2), which is perfect for pets.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Apartament Przy Gołębiewski 1 is a duplex apartment in Karpacz, which comfortably sleeps 4 people. Approx. 42m2 consists of a living room with an annex, a seating area and a balcony, as well as a bathroom with a shower. There is a locked bedroom on the second level. The apartment is located in a new apartment building on the 4th floor (there is an elevator). During your stay, you can use the outside parking space located below the property. We allow a dog for an additional fee.

Beautiful views of the Chojnik Castle and the Karkonosze Mountains. There are rural buildings and farms in the area.
