Our apartment is located in the center of Kaş. It is within walking distance to Kaş Square, restaurants, Kaş Harbor, cafes and bars. The nearest beach is 200 meters away. 30 meters to the famous Grand Bazaar. 100 meters to the street of bars. It is 100 meters walking distance to the tour agencies you can join in Kaş. Our 2020 goal is people first and health first. For this reason, we disinfect our apartment every month with nano silver ions. We deliver our apartment in a clean and ventilated condition. Smoking is allowed on the balcony of our apartment.

Şiir Ev Neruda (Panaromic Kekova view Stone House)

Şiir Ev (Poeme House) is one the 3 house on the farm. The house constructed in the top of the hill facing Kekova, sunrise and fullmoon. 40 m2 saloon with full equipment kitchen and 20 m2 entresol with Kekova view. South and west windows are from the bottom up to the top of the house. The Kekova area is silent and natural. The Lycian Way (trekking way) is passing in front of the farm. You can make trekking to swim in the isolated bays of Kekova. Demre is 16km, Üçağız is 8km,Kaş is 45 km far away.

Villa Poseidon is not in Kaşcenter as shown in Airbnb location but on Kaşpeninsula, is a spacious luxury seafront villa and measuring 372sq meters of living space. From the Villa, there are private steps leading down to our own swimming platform into the sea. There is a traditional Turkish oven in the garden also a gas powered BBQ. Villa Poseidon offers spacious well-appointed rooms, fully air-conditioned, all having stunning sea views. The Villa has beautiful patina aged oak floors in rooms.

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

But also for those who like to out for dinner, going to a terrace, or sniff culture is the villa a good starting point. 15 minutes walk from the villa there are 3 restaurants. 2 minutes drive is the supermarket, Bim, Migros and Ulugöl supermarket.
