I really liked the place overall – it's like Pinterest! The main plus is the stunning view from the window, which makes staying here unforgettable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, cleanliness and comfort. The host is responsive, quick to respond – even provided a second set of keys at my request. Separately, I want to note the contactless check-in, which is very convenient. However, there are some downsides. The wifi in the apartment is practically not working – the pages do not load, it is impossible to use. There is also very little hot water: it is unrealistic to take a shower, there is almost always cold water in the faucets. This can be especially important in winter. In addition, there is no elevator in the building, which is worth considering when booking (there is in the description, I did not look in advance). Despite these shortcomings, I liked my stay in the apartment. I will be happy to come back here if the hot water and internet issues are fixed. In that case, I would stay here even for a few months.

The apartment is lovely, very spacious, clean and warm. There is everything you need for your stay. I was a little upset by the view from the balcony (number 6), partially covered by the neighboring structure and clotheslines for drying laundry. And a very loud cafe across the street downhill. In general, this cafe is visually far from the place, but closer to the night there began very loud music, which was well heard in the room with closed windows. To be fair, the music stopped around midnight. Everything else is fine. Definitely worth the money.

We have really enjoyed our stay and actually even extended it one extra night. The house was very clean and modern. Everything was perfect except for the cold water which we couldn’t deal with. I would recommend and come back again though.

Thanks Ibrahim, all instructions were clear. The hyper-equipped kitchen with utensils and small appliances - Nespresso, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, mixer, fruit press,etc. Authentic decor. A breathtaking view. Flowered surroundings. Spacious rooms. Perfect value for money. The accommodation is located high up close to the supermarket rich in items of all kinds of food and non-food items, spirits, beach items,etc. A shuttle bus connects you in 3 minutes maximum to the pool and beach (every 10’ ). Super good restaurants on Kalkan but also nearby like ‘Aciktim’. The only problem is the lack of air conditioning at the ground floor, which is compensated by a fan.

The house was very clean and had the comfort that made us feel at home. There were a lot of things that could be needed in a home. The location and view were nice in terms of proximity to the center. We had a smooth stay because of the professionalism of the host and open to communication. Thanks to Mr. Atakan ☺️

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Mehmet for his interest in us. The villa impressed us very much from the moment we first entered. All the items were new, the house was modernly designed. The smell of cleanliness caught our attention when we walked in. Particular attention to cleanliness is seen. The location of the villa is great, you are in Kaş Square within 5 minutes by car. There is a grocery store near the villa, where you can meet all your needs, etc. Setur is 2 minutes away from Marina. The villa was so enjoyable that we spent a full day of our holiday just staying in the villa. Whenever we asked our questions, Mr. Mehmet responded instantly and was helpful. You can fully trust Mr. Mehmet and the comfort of the villa. Our address will not change on our next Kaş adventure.

Stunning villa. The photos do not do it justice, it is magnificent. Peaceful, beautiful setting. The villa itself is well appointed with all you need for a short stay. Host was very helpful and responsive when we wanted to ask questions. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was sensational and we spent a lot of time there! It is easy to get a taxi to Kas for dinner but you can also walk in to the restaurants at the hotels on the peninsular. Our favourite was Tamara which is almost next door to the villa, a short walk along the street. Direct and private sea access was very good and the water great for swimming. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place, very nice views. Lots of restaurants close by, Migros and Macro shops, Johnny's Cafe Bar around the corner. Great apartment, as described and photographed, everything is working. A luxurious second floor with a large balcony with a good view, very comfortable living room, kitchen, balcony on the ground floor overlooking the pool and the surrounding area. Great pool a few steps from the room, have a nice time on the pool. A responsive host, met me, saw me off, showed me everything, recommended shops and restaurants. I need a car or taxi. You can walk to the beach in Kalkan, 10-15 minutes, back will be hard uphill due to the drop of heights, there is nowhere to leave a car by the beach. Beautiful beaches of Kaputas 10 minutes drive, Patara 25 minutes drive. Entrance to Patara is 15 euros per person, gives the right to visit 10 times within 10 days.

We stayed for 6 days as a family of five, we were satisfied. Everything looks like it's in the pictures. It was delivered cleanly. The hosts met us very nicely and there was no mishap in the house. Every now and then, it was written because the village was cut off or WLAN was not fully processed in some comments, but we did not have any problems with these issues. Since the house was a little behind, the village was high, so the evening was only cool, so we couldn't get into the pool in the evening or at night, for example. For us, but it wasn't a problem. There is everything in the house, there was even prayer and rosary, so you just need to buy food and drink and go. The house is just a little far from the city, but if you have a car, it's okay. There are places to have breakfast in Saribelene. When a message is sent or called, the host returns without waiting. We were nice to deliver the house and they were very friendly people. If it happens, we plan to come back again. Thank you for a nice vacation.

We had an amazing stay at Island View Villa. Check in was so easy and the villa was spotless. Eren was just next door and super helpful and responsive, disposing of our rubbish, answering questions and even helping with our suitcases on checkout. The villa itself is stunning, even better than the photos, a lovely walk down to the old town and taxis were very easy and reliable when we wanted to save our legs! We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect stay and I would recommend this villa to everyone.

A very calm and cozy place with an amazing view. Onur is a very helpful and friendly host. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!
