This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Apartman Heritage of Geza is in a 150 year old house in core center of Kaštel Sućurac. This glamurous apartman is full of old stone. You have private parking spot in front of the house, but you do not need car because apartman is near by coffe shop, restaurant, store, post office, bank, beach, hair salon, nail salon, baber shop...Split, Trogir, Aci Marina, Krka and other pleaces are close to Kaštel Sućurac. Apartman is adjusted for older people who are limited with moving.

You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up. The apartment ( 37m 2 ) is on the second floor, in a great location,with a terrace( 38 m 2),sea view, free WI-FI and A/C. Ideal for a couple . The apartment is in the old town of Kastel Sućurac. Very quiet place . Only a 5- minute walk to the beach.20-40 minutes by car or by bus to Split and 20-40 to Trogir. There are one bedroom with queen bed , living room with sofa bed ( 150 x 200) for one person , dining room , kitchen and a bathroom.
