Villa is within 30 minutes drive of the most popular tourist attractions(Poreč, Pula, Rovinj, Motovun). Nearest airiport is in Pula, about 40 km away. Villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets, and is equipped for comfortable stay for 6 guests.

The hosts live in the house on the upper floor, but they do not use any of the garden facilities and all facilities such as the seasonal pool, barbecue, table football, darts, sun terrace and relaxation area are exclusively available for the guests. There are small markets, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
