Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. The house is located in Kastria, a village near Kalavryta. The house has one bedroom(double bed), one bathroom and one living room, which has a big kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee machines, tost machine and all cook equipment. Next to the kitchen there is a sofa-bed and two tables, a small and a big. The house has two televisions, WiFi and there are heaters.
