Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kata Noi Beach

I Have Absolutely NO Words Other Than I Was Blown Away When I Arrived! I Felt At Home, I Didn’t Even Want To Leave Lol 😂 But This Stay Was Worth EVERYTHING!! I’m Already Mentally Planning For Next Year 🤭 Food Is Great, Service Fantastic, Staff Super Friendly, The Room Itself Is Something Out Of A Movie!! I Loved It All!! Only Thing I Would Say Is That If You’re Not On The Active Side It Might Not Be For You Cause The Location Of The Place Is Up On Hills Very Beautiful, Very Quiet, Very Secluded Which I Loved But When It Came To Finding Rides To Go Explore The Island Itself A Lot Of Drivers Would Refuse To Go Up The Hill Or Would Ask If You Can Meet Them At The Bottom 🤷🏻‍♀️ It Didn’t Bother Me But It Might Bother Some!! Other Than That I Absolutely Loved This Place 10/10 Definitely Recommend ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Before our stay, Fred and Aom were extremely helpful during the days leading up to our stay. On arrival, the staff were ready and proactive to respond to our every request in a timely manner. Not only is the villa everything that we hoped for, but even more than we expected. We appreciate Ja and the rest of the staff that helped us during our days there. Absolutely will be staying with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Olivier is a top host. Always available and help you with everything. Very attentive. Cleaning 2 times a week, which is really a top service. The view was beautiful. Nice swimming pool and parking underground. 24-hour security available.

Nice place, clean and well maintained

Great host and amazing villa. Nice and private pool with little garden. I brought my toddler with us and he loved it there. There was an issue with the water however Jasmin and their team were very attentive to sort it out. I will be booking again.

Overall a wonderful experience. Two things to note, the wifi router is old and will turn off and restart. We bought and left a new one so hopefully they use that one going forward. Also the outside hot tub did not work for our first 3 days. It was fixed eventually.

It was amazing had a beautiful view and you can see it in the pool as well the beds were so comfortable that you would fall asleep easily check-in and check-out were very easy I would highly recommend for a nice private experience

A quiet gated community house within walkable distance to Kamala beach. It was a perfect place for two families with kids. The house was well stocked and clean. Host is super friendly and responsive. Helped with early check in. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a home near Kamala beach.

The kitchen staff deserves a huge compliment for the amazing meals they prepared—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Dining here felt like a restaurant experience every day! A special shoutout to Peachy for her warm and attentive service—she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel incredibly welcome. For a long time, we chose a villa in the wonderful Laguna Fairway. The villa has all the necessary amenities, the villa has a wonderful view of the golf course, you can watch the games take place. The host Matthew was a very customer-oriented, honest, gracious and pleasant person. I was quick to respond to any questions. Matthew, thank you for a wonderful vacation in your cozy villa.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Our highlight was the pool and the beautiful outdoor area, where we enjoyed spending many hours every day. The rooms were well equipped, the room on the ground floor was slightly smaller than the upper two bedrooms, but not clairvoyant yet private. Communication with Air was quick and easy. One day there were problems with the toilets, so she came very quickly with craftsmen to solve the problem. She also gave us tips for excursions and was always friendly and helpful. The villa is just outside the action, so we were glad we rented scooters (got arranged through air). It was really nice- thank you for an unforgettable time at your villa!

We had a great stay! It looks exactly like the pictures. Super clean! The main street is within walking distance and really has a lot to offer. If you don't feel like walking away in the evening, you can make yourself comfortable by the private pool. Communication went smoothly. I'm sure we'll be back. THANKS🙏🏽:))

great stay in this exceptional villa, very well-equipped spacious. The house has ceiling fans in each space (in addition to air conditioning) including on the terrace which is great! The cleanliness is impeccable. The pool is a plus with its hot tub area. The place is very quiet while being close to services and restaurants. The contact with the villa staff was just perfect with so much kindness. In short, we'll be happy to come back!

This villa is absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Peter was an amazing host during our entire stay. Very responsive and very proactive to our wants and needs. Chef Lee was absolutely fantastic. Her food was delicious and she was very attentive to our wants and needs as well. The cleaning ladies are amazing as well very sweet and helpful. Kept the place spic and span. This place is a 10 out of 10.
