Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist der ideale Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. „Prignitz ist für den einen Privileg und für den anderen Pampa" Die Liegenschaft ist 5,3 ha groß. Im Januar 2021 wurde ein Großteil mit ca. 9.000 jungen Laubbäumen bewaldet und mit einem Wildschutzzaun eingezäunt.

Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking Lake Neuruppin. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. Like an island, our property (an extension) is located between two villages in a beautiful, quiet location. Many seating options on the large property invite you to linger and relax. You feel far away and yet very close to the edge of the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park with its many lakes, beautiful landscape and various recreational opportunities. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be from May to September.

Wutike on-demand stop

Your house was built as a freight floor of Wutike station. We have completely renovated the old building and have now also completed the sauna in the old laundry room. This has also created two more sleeping places, so now 9 people can relax. We prefer it if you can arrive by train. When have you ever had your private train home? Several times a day a very charming little train passes by here.
