Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Willkommen in unserer charmanten Souterrain-Wohnung im historischen Gutshaus mit dazugehörigem Park nahe der Insel Usedom. Take advantage of the large playground next door, the Usedom Bäderbahn to the beaches of Usedom, without traffic jams and long waiting times. Take extensive cycling or hiking tours, kayak tours on the Peene or the Achterwasser. A spacious vacation home with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) awaits you.

Holiday Apartment at Stadtwald No. 1

Welcome to Anklam. My apartment is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the city, in an apartment building, on the second floor. The apartment is ideally suited for 2-3 people. If there are four of you, we recommend only a short stay. Anklam is the starting point for boat trips on the Peene, excursions to the island of Usedom and for day trips to Poland. The Ozeaneum in Stralsund and the island of Rügen are also worth a trip for a day trip.

Cozy bungalow with garden by the Baltic Sea

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

Peace and relaxation for a small family not far from the Greifswald Bodden. Cozy house with 80 sqm of living space in the middle of a natural garden in the idyllic village of Hanshagen, not far from the small Baltic Sea resort of Lubmin halfway between the islands of Rügen and Usedom near Greifswald. Hanshagen is located in an extensive forest area and invites you to hikes, walks, bike rides, blueberry and mushroom picking.

Quietly located apartment at the gates of Usedom Island. Surrounded by forests and meadows, a small retreat awaits you here to relax and feel good. The apartment has a bedroom, living room and bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen. It is located in a detached house in rural Lühmannsdorf, MV. The island of Usedom can be reached by the Usedomer Bäder train or is only 20 minutes by car. Small dogs allowed on request.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).

Vacation in the manor house - between heaven and the Bodden

The apartment, which was lovingly renovated in the spring of 2020, is located on the first floor of a former manor house. It is an ideal retreat for couples or single guests. Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. If you love a rustic ambiance paired with Scandinavian elements, this is the place to be, where the fox and crane say good night.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswalder Bodden. Throughout the accommodation, the exposed old beams and rustic decor are reminiscent of the building's history. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also quickly reach the desired places by car.

Beach Villa Lubmin, Beach Access, Sauna, Fireplace

The detached villa (200 m²) is located directly on the beach with its own access. The entire ensemble (house, property (700 m²), sauna, garden, terrace with water view, beach access) is available for your exclusive use. It is situated in such a way that you do not have to do without privacy despite the proximity to the beach.
