Holiday rentals with a patio in Kauai

Loved our stay here. It was our second time staying in this unit and it will jor be our last. Love the location. Beautiful surroundings and quiet neighbors!

This place is absolutely amazing! Nothing beats the view and waking up in the daybed to the sunrise. Greg and Lexie kept the lines of communication open and were very friendly. Our only complaint was a very heavy walker (practically stomping) on the floor above us during our stay. I highly recommend this rental

Margaret and her team made my stay so easy and effortless. I flew up to Kaua'i to visit one of my buddies who moved up there with his fiancé for work. The location in Kapa'a was very convenient and I loved having fresh local bananas and papaya at move in (I checked in around 9pm so they were the perfect breakfast item for the next morning). There was ample parking, I barely saw any of the neighbors and the room was so beautifully decorated for anyone who is coming to Hawai'i for the first time. Mahalo nui loa for the stay and I'm sure I'll be back in the near future!

We had an incredible 8 night stay! Candi gave us a long list of recommendations for restaurants and a place near by to rent beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and snorkel gear. This was great! Check in was easy and she had left some Hawaiian cookies on the counter for a treat! The air condition units upstairs in the bedrooms worked really well! We were never warm while we slept. We did buy a $11 box fan which we had planned on using downstairs. We used it in the bathroom because after 3 people showering, it was very warm. We used the washer and dryer everyday because of our wet swim suits and wet towels. She left tide pods for us to use as well! There are 4 microfiber towels there that we used for our beach days! They were nice because they were light and dried easily. There is also a Brita in the fridge that we used to fill up our water bottles. Ice trays were also a nice touch. The location was great as we explored the entire island. We loved our home for the week!

The location is perfect for the ocean, beach and lawn view. It is original and what we think of when we go to Hawaii. It was stocked where we didn’t have to buy typical household items. We had the best week at Jim’s place and would stay here again!

This place is great! Get the experience of staying at a resort at a really great value. We loved using the pool and the private beach access. It also neighbors another beautiful hotel that has a great coffee shop for sunrise. The views from the resort are the best on the island. Big shower, plenty of towels, AC and fan. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved this place. This is 1 1/2 stories up from sidewalk and is a 3 story unit with main living on 1st floor, two masters on 2nd floor, and a third bedroom on 3rd floor loft. The unit has a good cross breeze, but when the wind was too strong it would shake ceiling fans and could knock art off the walls. This made it more challenge to keep it cool inside without ac on the 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen was well stocked. It was close to the parking area which was nice for coming and going. There is no parking pass required even though signs on property say one is needed. We enjoyed the pool every evening and seldom saw anyone else there. Pool was nice sized and there were 6 pool towels available. Nice sunset viewing area on property too. I wish there was more beach gear-only had canvas camping chairs that were too tall for umbrella use. Recommend checking out Riptide Shaved Ice, Brenecke’s for lunch or dinner, and Kauai Outfitters Kipu Zipline Safari (kayak,hike,zip,lunch,waterhole)

Driving up to Jeff and Shana’s home our family instantly fell in love. Located in a picturesque and welcoming community, t is off the beaten path, but centrally located to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and beaches. The home offered perfect amenities on our week long vacation with plenty of space indoors and outdoors to have time to ourselves. The kitchen and living area accommodated family and friends while preparing and gathering for meals and unwinding after exploring the island. With such a beautiful home it’s hard to want to leave, but we appreciate the great memories that our family created and will never forget.

Great place to stay in the Princeville area. Nice beds, great kitchen and open areas. Bikes, boards, kids toys, and snorkeling gear was perfect. Hot tub worked well during the rainy times. Located on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The view is even better in person. If you are a plant person you are in for a special treat with the garden. There was more beach gear than we realized so talk to the host and prevent over packing! There is not really AC anywhere but the master (which works great), but there are many fans throughout and part of the upstairs can open to be “open air” space. The downstairs rooms can stay pretty cool if you set it all up right. We felt very safe and even with 6 people there was enough room for us all to spread out and have privacy and space. Great for a family.

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen- we were able to experience many local restaurants, while also being able to stay in for meals. Beautiful, private, yard, perfect for early morning coffee, and sharing meals. The timing of our visit gave us the additional bonus of fresh Papaya and Dragonfruit! Unique outdoor shower. Close to Pickleball courts, pool, and Poipu beach (with boards, mats, and coolers provided for our use). Dale and Kelly were easy to reach when needed, and offered suggestions for places to visit. We took several day trips around the island, but enjoyed having such a lovely place to come home to. Entire group loved this place, and hope to visit again!

Jake’s place was very comfortable and close to beaches and restaurants. He was very responsive to emails before and during our stay and answered all of our questions. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use.

Marlene's place was exactly what we were looking for and expected. It was great for a large family! There are two awesome beaches (one good for kids, one good for body surfing and boogie boarding) within walking distance (3-5 min). This house was rustic and exactly what we were looking for . It had all the amenities and a great kitchen space. The one thing is that there is no air conditioning (as advertised), and without wind, the house would get pretty hot in the afternoon. We were always outside adventuring, so we did not have an issue with this, but keep this in mind. There are a TON of fans that you are able to use at night and with the windows open and fans on, the house cools down at night. Recommend this place if you are looking for a family friendly, beach walkable, affordable (for Hawaii) place to stay.

This house was great - very comfortable and clean. Location is in a quiet neighborhood with driving just 10-15 min to restaurants, stores, beaches. The grounds are beautiful and easy to chill on the back patio. Of note, this house does not have A/C, but does have fans in each room. The host was very responsive - Mahalo!

Our group enjoyed our stay! It was walking distance to many beaches and we appreciated the beach gear that was provided. Laura was very responsive and flexible with our schedules which helped with the travel planning a ton!

Had a great stay at this centrally located Airbnb in Kauai. Staying in this area allowed easy drives to attractions on the north, east and west side of the island. Apartment was comfortable and spacious, we also really enjoyed the beach accessories in the bedroom closet including beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, and kids snorkeling equipment. Would recommend and stay again for our next visit to Kauai!

I’ve never had such a super quick response from other owners but he was always available or had some great people managing this home. Breathtaking views but not a good spot to get in the water. Lots of reefs ect….but nice to walk everyday looking for surprises from the ocean! I’d highly recommend this unit as it’s on the first floor and has great views from the lani. Always people walking around the grounds enjoying it as well as us. Ty for a wonderful vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at Jasmine's condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect – close to everything we wanted to explore. Jasmine was also incredibly accommodating and responsive to any of our queries, making the experience even better. We would definitely love to return in the future. Highly recommend! Absolutely gorgeous condo in Princeville! The place was spotless, in a fantastic location, and part of a beautiful community with a stunning swimming pool and spa. The host was incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

We had nothing but exceptional communication from the moment we inquired about their place. Spacious for 2 adults and everything was as shown and indicated. Appreciated the welcome snacks, beach and snorkeling gear and comfy lanai furniture. We stayed 3 weeks and felt right at home, they even provided us with fresh linens halfway through. Relaxing and quiet location. Very responsive and great to work with. Will definitely stay again. Mahalo Kourtney and Keith.

Really great condo with and an excellent location. Being able to walk to the onehotel restaurants bars and beaches was great. The bed being against the jungle was also a great touch.

I cannot say enough good things about staying at Katie's! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds and bedding were comfortable. The sheets were soft and there were 4 pillows on each bed, allowing us to select either firm or soft. The air conditioning was actually too chilly! We were allowed a late checkout for a most reasonable fee. We were so grateful, especially since our flight didn't leave until 10p! All questions were answered in a timely manner and the check in and check out processes were explained succinctly. Should we ever find ourselves in Kauai, we will not hesitate to stay there again!

The condo was perfect—as listed. Setting quiet and peaceful. Not all facilities available in the complex due to renovations, but we had been advised about this ahead of time and appropriate accommodations were worked out. Host was available and responsive to unforeseen issues that arise d as bd worked things out seamlessly. A great place to stay near Po’ipu—would recommend!
