Το δωματιο οπως ακριβως φαινεται στις εικονες, πεντακαθαρο, περιποιημένο, γεματο αγαπη σε τελεια τοποθεσία 8-10 λεπτα απο το κεντρο, σε μια πολυ ησυχη γειτονια.. Η θεα εκπληκτικη. Αν και χειμώνας, ειχαμε ζεστο νερο και ζέστη συνεχεια. Η οικοδεσποινα άκρως βοηθητικη, επικοινωνιακή και ευγενικη ηταν διπλα μας συνεχεια σε περιπτωση που κατι την χρειαστούμε, αλλα εμεις δεν χρειαστηκαμε τιποτα μιας και ολα ηταν τελεια.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lots of hot water and very good wifi. It has a lovely garden facing east, perfect for breakfast outside in the sun. There are restaurants, a bar, small shops and a small beach 10 minutes walk away and lovely beaches within 15 minutes drive. You can swim very close to the apartment but the shore is stony and you’d need water shoes. The neighbourhood is very quiet, apartment is close to the main road but not enough traffic to bother us. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Babis' house! The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to local amenities and just a short drive to some incredible beaches. Ammolofoi Beach, in particular, was our favorite, only a few minutes away by car. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, I highly recommend this place!

A fully equipped holiday house very close to the beach. We had everything we needed and a bit more (the washing machine was definitely a great plus). The neighbourhood is very quiet but the main street is just a few walking minutes away. The spacious veranda was greatly appreciated as well. All in all, it's a very nice and comfortable house. We will definitely visit again!

The apartment is wonderful—spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. It is a place where you can immediately feel at home without missing anything. Even the smallest detail has been thought of. The place is very quiet and peaceful, but it is also very convenient for exploring the whole island. It is close to the central part of the city with restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Vasiliki's apartment. This is one of the best Airbnb places I've been to.

Great! Alexandra is a great host, and this place offers place that can feel like home for your short stay. Rooms are cozy and clean. We have got clean towels, bed sheets, new soap and several other basic things every 4 days, so thumbs up for that! Another benefit of this place is its proximity to sea, it is really only 100 metres. I can also recommend the breakfest boxes, there is always fresh pastry and fresh fruits. If you are going by car, don’t worry about parking space, there is always at least some, we never had problem with parking there. That’s all I can say, we enjoyed our holiday a lot and we are looking forward to visit this place again! 😁

мы отдыхали в конце апреля в этом месте, и о тались очень довольны. нам так повезло, мы нашли замечательное место, этот дом находится в самом центре старого города, мы автомобиль не использовали вобще,вид просто волшебный, 2 минуты и рядом каменный пляж, можно наслаждаться видом и тёплым морем. в доме было все необходимое, мы ни в чем не нуждались. погода была отличная, мы купались и загарали. рядом кафе,бары, рестораны, таверна, магазины, вкуснейшая булочная. А самое главное приветливая и дружелюбная хозяйка. И очень творческий человек, что меня очень порадовало, так как я люблю общаться с такими людьми и отрывать для себя что то новое. Я всем рекомендую побывать здесь🥰 я хочу сюда приехать ещё раз. до встречи!

Stavroula ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die alle möglich Wünsche erfüllt. Das Airbnb war sehr sauber und entsprach den Beschreibungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Durch die Strandnähe und einem Privaten Pool waren wir gleich angetan. Weil wir genau das gesucht haben. Bei dieser Unterkunft wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Abends und Mittags kann man sehr gut in der ca. 5 min entfernt gelegenen Stadt essen gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Aglaia war uns von Anfang an sehr sympathisch und hat in kürzester Zeit unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir würden gerne nochmal kommen da uns auch allgemein die Insel mit ihren zahlreichen Stränden sehr gefallen hat.

Ein tolles Haus mit herrlichem Blick über das Meer. Besser geht es nicht. Die Straße daneben ist relativ laut, aber man gewöhnt sich daran.

We had an amazing time at Villa Evian! From the moment we checked in (Evgenis invited us to check-in 2 and a half hours earlier) to the moment we left, we felt at home. The house is just as beautiful as the photos! It has everything you need while on vacation. We were a party of ten, of various ages and there was something for everyone to do. The pool was an extra bonus and everyone loved it. The beach was very close, however we opted to go by car since we carried a lot of things and had older people with us. Evgenis organized a sailing trip for us which was absolutely amazing! We spent nine hours on a beautiful sailboat which took us around local islands, beautiful quiet beaches, water was pristine, turquoise and absolutely stunning. In addition, Evgenis has arranged for home made food of great variety to be delivered on the boat in advance. It was delicious! The captain and his son were very sweet, we had a lovely time! This was by far our best vacation so far! Thank you Evgenis!

Wir, eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern, verbrachten 4 Tage und Nächte in der Maison Elea und das war auch das einzige, was wir am Ende bereuten: dass wir nicht länger in dieser wunderbaren und einzigartigen Unterkunft bleiben konnten. Wir können einfach nur sagen, dass alles perfekt war. Die liebevoll eingerichtete und super gemütliche Wohnung, in der als Willkommensgruss ein kleines Körbchen mit leckeren Sachen aus der Region auf uns wartete, der wunderschöne Garten mit Pool, den unsere Kinder natürlich am meisten liebten oder die so freundliche, zuvorkommende und einfach so supersympathische Gastgeberin Marika, die uns mit Tipps und Hilfe jeglicher Art versorgte. Wir als Familie freuten uns jeden Tag wieder in unsere Wohnung in der Maison Elea zurückzukehren und wir hoffen sehr, dass es ein nächste Mal geben wird! Liebe Marika, vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit!

From the beginning, the communication with Tasos went very smoothly. Everything was ready when we arrived and he helped us with everything we asked for. The place was very clean and cose and the beach and the sea unbelievable. I would recommend Tasos' place to everyone who wants to relax some days!

Evin konumu mükemmel. Teras manzarası gece ve gündüz müthiş. plaj hemen ayağınızın altında. Evdeki eşyalar gayet yeterli ve yeniydi. Ev bakımlı ve temizdi. Biz gelirken Feribot saatinden ötürü biraz gecikmeli geldik. Bizi bekledi ve daireyi kendisi tanıttı. Evde küçük bir eksik olduğunu fark ettik Elena bunu söyledik biz dışardayken getirip kapıya bırakmış. Eve yürüme mesafesinde otopark mevcut. Her türlü ihtiyacınızı yürüyerek temin edemçbileceğiniz bir lokasyonda.

Perfect place for families! Big house, clean, comfy beds, LOTS of toys and cardboard games, beach toys...well equiped kitchen, nice bathrooms, all the rooms face the sea, nice cleaning lady Rita :) great location, literaly few steps from the beach, nice private beach, quiet, nice water. A little bit remote from the first village so i would say a car is essential. The owner Masha very nice and always helpful. We were a family of 5, 2 adults 3 kids and it was one of our best holidays by the sea. Definetly worth it :)

This place deserves 20 stars. One of the best places we have ever been! Where I have to start? 1st - great hosts, we really feel like they have been our friends for years, regardless of our age difference. Thank you for everything Mr. Babi and Mrs. Xrisi. (smiley) 2nd - the very clean and sweet tiny house. Nice furnished. There is Air condition for the hot days. 3rd - outdoor kitchen with all needed for long stay. There is a big fridge with freezer. An oven with trays and all kinds of dishes. Two gaz stoves. Gaz barbeque - very easy to use it! 4th - the yard - To stay and drink coffee under the olive trees...The place is perfect for people who want to relax, far a way from the noise of the city... Overlooking the sea from the yard is simply fantastic, relaxing... in the yard there are also facilities for children such as a swing, a slide... 5th the beach - three steps a way from the sandy, very clean beach, we can say private... The beach where the house is located is really perfect, the sea is sandy and the house is a 1-minute walk from the sea, it is not facing the beach, but the rear building adjacent to it, the house is a duplex on the 2nd and 3rd floor, the bedrooms are 2 on the upper floor, there is a raft and a large bathroom on the lower floor, the house is spacious. It has a terrace, my mother and I were very pleased, thank you for everything, I hope we will come again.

Stavros was extremely welcoming and helpful with everything. He sent us instructions a week before we arrived with all the information we needed about the house and the island of Thassos. We ran out of water, but Stavros was very prompt and immediately sent people to fix the problem. The house was very cozy and clean. Our whole stay was wonderful, especially with the veranda in front of the house where you can look at the sea at any time. I gladly recommend staying in this house.

Chrysanti hat ein tolles Haus und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Es sieht alles genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Der Strand gleich hinterm Haus war toll insbesondere mit Kleinkind. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und für unsere Bedürfnisse war es genau das richtige, Ruhe und wenig bis keine anderen deutschen Urlauber. Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter. Vor allem die schnelle und nette Kommunikation mit Chrysanti war wirklich toll.

Die Unterkunft ist Super. Das Restaurant nebenan sind leider Abends manchmal etwas laut. Parkplätze sind schwer zu finden. Die Liegeplätze vom Restaurant Frog kosten 5€ der Frappe 2,50€. Die Liegeplätze neben Frog kosten 3€ pro Liege. Das Meer ist etwas steinig aber schön. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit bei Ilias Anwesen und es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Für eine Familie ein schöner Urlaub, mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Unternehmen!
