Clean flat in residential area. Quite a bit of construction going on in the area, but other than that, quiet, easy walking distance to shops, cafes, and the sea, and felt totally safe. Great value for money, great wifi, and Anzhela was a very helpful and friendly host!

The apartment is really clean, has a great view, and offers plenty of storage. The building is secure, quiet, and convenient, with a small grocery on the ground floor and a metro stop right next door. The host is very friendly. However, the check-in meeting instructions could be clearer, and we encountered a significant issue with the door code and communication on our check-out day. Despite this, it was a good stay overall, and I expect the host will improve these processes.

Cozy and warm apartment, equipped with everything necessary for living. Sleeping places are comfortable, comfortable kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet quiet area, within a walking distance from the botanical garden, Astana Arena, a large Magnum grocery store. A cozy, clean one-bedroom apartment. The hall, kitchen and bedroom are combined. Suitable for no more than 2 people. Everything you need is there: air conditioning, everything for the shower, iron, extra blanket and pillow. We really liked it. The hostess was always in touch.

The check-in was comfortable and quick, Turar helped bring the luggage and showed you how to use the lock. It is very convenient that there are no keys to the apartment and there is an electronic lock. The apartment is very warm. There was a hair dryer missing, but Turar gave him a ride immediately after the request. The renovation is new, very nice and comfortable to be in the apartment. Disadvantages: there is no elevator, you need to take into account if there is a lot of luggage or it is heavy. You need to replace the chair in the toilet and repair the plumbing in the shower cabin. But these are small things. Overall everything was great.

I had a wonderful stay. It is one of the best places to stay in Almaty. The host was very thoughtful and understanding.
