Clean flat in residential area. Quite a bit of construction going on in the area, but other than that, quiet, easy walking distance to shops, cafes, and the sea, and felt totally safe. Great value for money, great wifi, and Anzhela was a very helpful and friendly host!

The apartment is really clean, has a great view, and offers plenty of storage. The building is secure, quiet, and convenient, with a small grocery on the ground floor and a metro stop right next door. The host is very friendly. However, the check-in meeting instructions could be clearer, and we encountered a significant issue with the door code and communication on our check-out day. Despite this, it was a good stay overall, and I expect the host will improve these processes.

Уютная и теплая квартира, оснащенная всем необходимым для жизни. Спальные места комфортные, удобная кухня. Квартира расположена в тихом спокойном районе, в шаговой доступности ботанический сад, Астана Арена, большой продуктовый магазин Магнум. Благодарим Руслана за четкие инструкции по заселению и отзывчивость, прекрасный хозяин.

Уютная, чистая однокомнатная квартирка. Зал, кухня и спальня совмещены. Подойдёт для не более 2 человек. Все необходимые есть: кондиционер, всё для душа, утюг, дополнительные одеяло и подушка. Нам очень понравилось. Хозяйка всегда была на связи.

Nous voyageons à vélo et, grâce aux bons conseils de notre hôte Лариса, nous avons pu ranger nos vélos en toute sécurité sur le balcon. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé : nous avons apprécié pouvoir cuisiner, faire une lessive, et profiter d’un bon wifi. Le quartier est agréable, avec d’excellents restaurants à proximité. Лариса a toujours été très réactive et aidante tout au long du séjour. Nous ne savons pas si nous reviendrons un jour à Almaty, mais si c’est le cas, nous savons déjà où loger. Merci encore !

Всё на высшем уровне! Останавливаюсь у Марата уже не в первый раз, и снова всё отлично. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию – чистая, уютная, со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Персонал работает оперативно, всегда на связи, отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Рекомендую!

Symbat is a great Host... The apartment is very cozy with Beautiful Mountains and River view... We had a great stay. It is at a walkable distance from Sairan metro. The apartment is well guarded and has good security system. Very Peaceful place with great amenities. The place has 24*7 grocery shop as well. Symbat was very helpful at all the times. She helped us with everything. Symbat is definitely a great host...We hope to stay here again... 😊
