Monthly Rentals in Kazhivoor

Loved staying at Rosie's! So much so that I'll go back in a few days and would like to come back often. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean, very well equipped and ideally located 10 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, shops through a charming path, and 5 minutes on the road to a supermarket and other shops. The large terrace is a haven of peace and well-being, surrounded by lush vegetation. Ani and his family are very friendly and available. In short, a great airbnb that I recommend ++++

We had a wonderful time at the villa, living to the sound of ocean waves. Especially because we were celebrating our brother and sister in law's wedding, it was lovely to see the place decorated for them. Robin was so helpful, thank you very much!

It's a great place for a getaway. Second time visiting the place. Walkable distance to the beach and well maintained room. Kumar Bro was really friendly and helped with all the needs. Totally recommend it.

Vinod is an excellent and caring communicator. His Mom with a sweet smile helped me with anything I wanted. The location was perfect for me, it took me like 3-4 minutes to the clinic I had Panchakarma. The Lighthouse beach is about 5-6 minutes. I love the paciousness of the apartment, the spotless cleanliness. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with warm water. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and a single bed, and A/C that I didn't use, just tried it once, it's functional. But in general, I prefer to open the windows. All windows are covered by mosquito nets, a handy solution. A kitchen with washer is available for your convenience, but I ate out always. All in all, I had an amazing time at Vinod's apartment.
