Beautiful traditional Icelandic house from 1912 located in quiet town- Garður, 200m to cost line, 15 min from Keflavik International Airport. Prefect get away. Video tour is available on social media page- Luk House. The 100m² house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor comprises a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms, accessed via a steep staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a crib and air mattress can be added.

A small shopping center, Krossmói, is only 8 minutes away on foot, offering a supermarket, pharmacy, bank (ATM), restaurants, and other shops. The local bus stop is also nearby (outdoor, no kiosk). Fallegur staður og mikið fuglalíf. Æðarvarp rétt við húsið og hægt að fá leiðsögn um varpið. Stórt kríuvarp á svæðinu. Húsið er á skjólgóðum stað og útsýni út á sjó og sést vel á Snæfellsnesið í góðu skyggni. Á veturna við rétt skilyrði, er mikill möguleiki á að sjá Norðurljós. Húsið er gamalt en allt ný tekið í gegn. Á svefnloftinu er 2 góðar dýnur (brattur stigi upp). Bjart og fallegt. Stutt á flugvöllinn, u.þ.b. 10 mínútur ( 9 km. ), og góð sundlaug í Sandgerði ( 2 km.)

A two-bedroom apartment with double beds measuring 160x200. We can prepare an extra bed for the 5th guest, and a cot for a small child on request. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom where you will find the necessary cosmetics and towels, as well as a living room. It is a quiet place overlooking the ocean. 10 minutes' walk to the lighthouse. 12 minutes' drive to the airport. Great places to start or end your adventure in Iceland.
