Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

From our super centrally located place, you are in no time at all important places in the Rhine-Main area. 750 m to the train station and only 4 minutes to the airport. Cities such as Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden and Darmstadt are within easy reach by train or car. The apartment is newly renovated and very nicely decorated. You can walk to many nice restaurants. Excursion destinations such as the Saalburg, concerts in the stadium or the Messe Frankfurt can also be reached quickly.
