Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a nice log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. A unique nordic beach house only 12 min drive from the Santa Claus Village. With luck here you may see Northern lights from August to end of April. Accommodation with a private suite for 6 adults, with small children even for 8. Modern black house stands on a hill only 25 m from the lake shore, over looking to the Northern open horizon to summer midnight sun. This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

Glamping in Aurora Igloo

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

A peaceful and atmospheric cottage in a great location along the Kemijoki River. Relax by the fire with great river and dangerous scenery. I can rent a car for inquiries if possible. In addition to the indoor sauna, there is a separate sauna on the shore. The city's services are a reasonable drive away. The nearest safari service is about 15 km away: SnowTrailSafaris Oy You will need a car to get around.
