Lazy J Homestead Cabin

Located 18 miles outside of Homer. Hand built here on the ranch in the style of my family's hunting cabins; with a few finishing touches. Offering a full kitchen, bathroom , shower, this cabin has electric lights and a oil heater in place of the temperamental wood stoves. Our area offers stunning views of Kachamack bay, our small ranch and peony farm. Note that cell service will likely drop off a few miles before you reach the cabin. please read more in "The space" section of this listing.

This private cabin has views to leave you awestruck! Small deck and huge windows bring the view inside! Alaskan charm at it's best! Very clean and accommodating! Many of our guests tell us this has been their favorite on their vacation! Full kitchen & bath, flat screen satellite TV, wi-fi; cozy but complete! Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.
