Holiday rentals with a patio in Kent County

This place was exactly what we needed. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in the area. The place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay and John was very responsive. Check in and check out was a breeze. Beautiful view out the back.

The birds nest was charming. The mid-century decor was so fun. Loved the retro record player and The Beach Boys album took me back. Well equipt kitchen, bath and laundry. I would suggest the steps be repaired and repainted since it is the first impression. A small eat in table and 2 chairs could be added along the back wall. The transition from kitchen to LR is high and the LR rug needs to be secured. Bedding was comfortable and washer and dryer very helpful. Would like to have been able to just put the dishes in dishwasher and start it vs having to wash and put everything away. Jordan was extremely responsive and the code door access was easy. I didn’t realize we needed to put the code in when we left to lock it but we figured it out after the first trip out. The cost was reasonable considering our stay was during Tulip Time

Troy was a great host! He was very quick to respond to any communication we had. The unit was in amazing shape, very clean, and had everything we needed and more! We would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy little getaway! The location was perfect for exploring on foot, with delicious local restaurants, lively bars, and convenient grocery stores just a short walk away. Having a liquor store right downstairs was the icing on the cake! But what really made our stay special was the warm and welcoming hosts - everyone was so friendly and made us feel right at home. We can't recommend this place enough for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. 10/10 would stay again!

Very good location; only about 10 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Right on the edge of town as well. House was very clean and just like the photos! Definitely recommend!

Loved the location and the fenced in backyard was a home run. Had everything we could need. The area around the house was nice with sidewalks to walk our dogs. Would definitely stay here again!

Great safe neighbourhood Home nice and clean

We were all pleased with the abundance of space, the beds, closets and squeaky clean bathrooms and kitchen. We also loved the blinds that we could push down to let in all of the light and green space from the yard. Had the weather been better we would have enjoyed the outdoor space off the kitchen as well, which looked great from the windows. We had no need for the super clean laundry room for just a weekend but it was nice to know if was there, if needed. And the parking space in the garage was helpful for unpacking, etc. I would certainly stay there again when in the Grand Rapids area.

My family enjoyed our time at Eastown Luxe. There were many thoughtful amenities that helped us settle in right away and feel at home. The boys loved staying up in the loft area with their own beds and Tv and couch! The location was close to everything we wanted. I enjoyed my morning time by the fire.

Chris had a beautiful home, it was quiet and very well decorated. It was a lovely get away and if I ever find myself in the need for a vacation I'd come back anytime! Chris is very nice and responsive and I appreciated all that he did to make our stay wonderful

Great place for our weekend trip! Jessica and her husband were very accommodating and responsive. We had an event in downtown Grand Rapids over the weekend and it was a very easy drive to GR. The house is also just a short walk from downtown Rockford which was fun.

My host was nothing but amazing the house felt like I was at home I couldn’t ask for a more beautiful experience will be booking again

Very nice place to spend a few days. The access to the water is so convenient. Very peaceful. Hosts are very helpful.
