Newly built in 2021, the cozy house is located in the midst of a magnificent olive grove. Central location and yet ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and magnificent view of the mountains. Wifi, flat screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within walking distance. Hospitable tavernas, bakery and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We are happy to give insider tips on excursions, restaurants, etc.

Part of UNESCO park, Delta Nestos, Kavala, art and culture.The house is convenient comfortable, and practical, offering a clean and modern deisgn for a healthy vacation, in an authentic setting, close to nature and its well preserved beauties. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
