Great place to stay, close to NEC which is where we were spending the weekend. Responsive host, easy to find, easy check in, clean place and everything we needed. Really great stay. Highly Recommended.

Fabulous Stay. Lovely quirky cottage, lots of original features but with all the mod cons! The patio and garden was a real bonus and has full sun all day. The location is perfect, we hired a car but the cottage is super close to the train station, and local bus services for exploring Warwickshire. There are canal walks at the end of the road (20 minute walk to the Greyhound Inn at Sutton Stop) perfect for watching the canal boats and river cruisers. David is extremely responsive to messages and all instructions for location and access were spot on! Why book a hotel room when you can have your own space in this lovely cottage - Book with confidence!

This house is beautiful! It was immaculate, and very comfortable. The hosts have clearly made a great effort to make guests feel at home, with little touches like face masks in the main bedroom and spare iPhone chargers plugged in! The garden was stunning and we would have made more use of it had we been staying any longer.
