Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Enjoy at spacious outdoor place in rustic green environment, within walking distance of a large thermal complex and a golf course. This open-space appartment is entirely on the same level (including the shower in the bathroom); the passages between the individual parts are easy to pass also for disabled people. It shares a large yard and the garden with another apartment. Available are a grill and bicycles for wandering along the picturesque cycling trails in the area. Pets are wellcome.

We have preserved the old buildings: the residential house and the barn have been reborn as a modern, comfortable, refined guest house. Our house in the middle of orchards, vineyards, fields offers a quiet, retreatable place where you don't have to give up modern and refined comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want peace and quiet, you don't even have to move, the sun goes around the building, you can admire the beauty of the area, the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we are unable to accommodate children (0-16 years)

Bán house in Barabásszeg

The Bán family were nobles who determined the everyday life of Barabásszeg and Zala counties for centuries. The family left the house and the village and no one even remembered that its painted ceiling, spacious interior, old furniture, cellar and huge garden were the miracle itself. The deer are used to it, and the walnut, pear and plum trees are burial grounds for them. The renovation has preserved everything possible, we are also at peace with the deer and share the garden.

This house is situated in a quiet and sunny valley, surrounded by the Southeast Styrian hill landscape, Bunschen taverns, producers of culinary delicacies and the most beautiful thermal baths in the country, Bad Gleichenberg and Loipersdorf. The Zotter chocolate factory is a short walk (1 km) from the property. You will be staying right next to an entrance to the popular pleasure hiking trail. The seaside resort of Riegersburg and the castle are within easy reach by bike.

Lodge in Őrség with sauna

Our guest house is located in Szattán, a small village in Őrség. The cottage has a sauna, a garden with a fireplace, and the village orchard is located directly below the house. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle. You'll find everything you need to cook and eat. The following fee is payable on site: In the village, the tourist tax rate is 400 HUF/person/night over 18 years. Sauna usage fee is 10000 HUF per heating.
