Guest house holiday rentals in Kern River

We stayed for two nights and found it absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic for accessing the national park and the instructions from Jana made it easy to find. Jana also sent some local event info before we arrived which was really appreciated. The accommodation itself was excellent, well stocked with everything we needed for cooking etc. The bed is really comfy and the jacuzzi is an added bonus. Overall, fantastic place to stay if you want home comforts and somewhere with easy access to the sequoia national park. Would definitely stay again!

We had an incredible time. Next time we go I need to just bring clothes she provided everything we needed! My husband and I are now considering to maybe buy a vacation home there or eventually move permanently. The whole town is so friendly and we look forward to coming back again very soon. Thank you again Hailey you are the best host we have ever experienced in our travels.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay ...beautiful place and such an amazing property. It was gorgeous waking up to the sounds of water and being able to cook a meal in the outdoor kitchen was spectacular. Coming back again forsure!!!

Beautiful place to stay with so many amenities. What a gorgeous home! Deene goes above and beyond with all of her touches and made us feel right at home! Meeting her sweet dog Dolly was a highlight. Highly recommend and will definitely book again if in the area.

The price was VERY reasonable. Beats the competition, plus we had ample space… even a small, but private 2ND bedroom for my elderly father! Monica provided easy check in and kept in touch as we ran late-really late. Beds were comfortable w/nice linens. The walk-in shower was great, and we had plenty of hot water. Their Western re-enactment town was charming and authentic-a real step back in time. Friendly animals complete the scenario. (Be sure to throw a ball for their beautiful dog, Dexter… my hubby has a friend for life 😆.) I feel as if we also have great new human friends, as well! The location is pleasant, and the guest room is separate. It would be beneficial to install a curtain or blind on the door to enhance privacy.

There couldn’t be a more perfect spot to relax and enjoy the National Park. I loved the sound of trickling water in the water fountain just outside the front door. Hummingbirds visited us each morning and I just can’t inside a more perfect place to stay. Everything was clean and hosts were quick to respond when we had a question.

I have stayed at 2 of Ms.Fabiola’s locations and I 100 percent recommend her as a host absolutely amazing person and amazing properties.

We had an awesome stay here. Honestly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve booked in a while. From the start, Andrew and Alexandra were super welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and giving really clear directions to the place. Both hosts are particularly invested in prioritising you have a safe and relaxing stay which we really appreciated. It’s in a great spot, about a 5-minute drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park, and close enough to town that grabbing food or groceries is easy. If you’re planning to cook or pack food for the park, the little kitchen setup (stovetop, BBQ, kettle, etc.) is really handy. The house itself is really clean, cozy, and the views are amazing. Walking in just felt peaceful straight away. This place definitely made our trip even better, and we’d love to stay again next time we’re back. Thanks again for having us!

Nicely decorated and functional small house. Valerie was very proactive and helped us whenever we had a need or a question. Overall, it was quite convenient and quiet. Recommended if you are going to spend the day in Sequoia Park for instance.

loved staying here the place was very quite and private. There was alot of space and the pictures looked just like where we would be staying. I would definitely stay here again. The place was very clean as well.

We stayed at Eddie’s place for 3 nights and we felt right at home. Toys were available for kids to play with, kitchen had the basic necessities with condiments, the beds were comfortable and most importantly heating for the winter nights! We really enjoyed our stay!

It was a great start, not the biggest space but very cozy and ample enough to enjoy your stay.

Spend your days hiking through sequoia and kings canyon parks, then return to this serene and beautiful home. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need. The host is exceptional—responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Three Rivers; it truly is the ideal place to stay. I came all the way from New Hampshire. I was here for two days and didn’t like where I was staying, and I ended up Finding Her Place. She had me in within two days and she even had it cleaned early for me so that way when I checked out of my Airbnb, I was able to go straight to her house. Her and her husband are very knowledgeable. Everything I needed they gave me someone to contact. Even had some car issues and they had their mechanic come look at my car for me. I’m traveling all the way from New Hampshire to Maria’s was exhausting and I felt right at home. It was so wonderful and peaceful. They definitely made me feel welcome and safe, especially coming from an area that has nothing. Maria and her husband were actually the first people I met here they made my whole experience in California amazing. I am very thankful for them. It’s absolutely beautiful and comfortable and peaceful. I definitely enjoyed my stay and I would go back again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much

Lovely little cabin 20 mins away from Springville. We booked 2 nights stay with a dog for some unplugging. There are very nice walking trails and picnic locations near by (by car) and the Success lake has beautiful sunset views. The trail of 100 giants seems close on the map but will take 1.5 hours one way by car due to driving conditions. The cabin has everything we needed to cook and we did not eat out at all.

The stay was beautiful. It offered such an amazing space to host for my family and our doggy. The hosts went above and beyond and were incredibly caring. The bedding was quality, not like most places where you can tell they just met the bare minimum. You feel like family when you stay. Their shampoo and conditioner was also amazing. We’re going to start using it ourselves. It was a lovely stay for work and we would gladly recommend or stay again. The hosts were top tier, friendly, accommodating and respond rate was quick! Everything you would want in a trip.

This is an absolutely beautiful place! The place exceeded my expectations. I booked this place for my wedding as I was getting married five minutes away, I had lots of visitors and everyone kept commenting on how amazing the place was both inside and out. I couldn’t believe how wonderful the place had been designed and styled. Not only that, I realized the morning of my wedding there was not a full length mirror on the Airbnb. I asked Karen at 7 am if it was possible for me to get a mirror, and a beautiful full length mirror was delivered an hour or so later. I was so grateful. Not only that, the owner left us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate, and the pillow cases said Mr. And Mrs. On them. We really appreciated the cute little touches and thoughtfulness. Would absolute recommend and would stay again!
