Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kern River

Great home and great location! I would stay here again as it's in one of the nicer areas in Bakersfield

We had a great time staying at this location. It was 10 mins from the NP entrance, which made it convenient. We were also thankful for the washing machine and hot tub while staying there. Michelle was great to work with as well.

It was our second time staying at Tombstone Ranch. We loved it as much as the first time. Our dogs love the fenced in yard. Very peaceful and relaxing. The farm fresh eggs and wine are a nice touch.

This trip to Jay & Joy's home was for pleasure. Relaxing out back on the patio enjoying the magnificent view of the water. This hime just feels like home when you there. My wife and I really enjoy the peace and quite of the location. We will be booking this house again on our next visit to Bakersfield. Thank you for giving us a peaceful enchanting place to sit and talk to our family.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! This house was absolutely beautiful—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated. The highlight for us was the backyard—it felt like our own private oasis! The hot tub was amazing, especially in the evenings under the stars. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the check-in process was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend and would definitely stay agai

By far the most fun we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. Pro tip - get the extra night because you’re not gonna want to leave. The place is even more magical than it looks in pictures. Hosts were very accommodating with great communication. Run, don’t walk to book!

We were in town for a wedding. Had a great stay, the house was clean and matched the photos perfectly, the pool and large lawn made for a fun/relaxing day in the back yard. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay (this is not something I expected to say about Bakersfield!) It was a quiet neighborhood. The house was sparkling clean and smelled wonderful. It was spacious enough not to be cramped but homey enough to spend time WITH your family. The jacuzzi worked right and the pool was cold but super fun and worth the plunge! The way they made the huge yard feel private and even tropical in some ways was just lovely! All the games worked and kept us old ladies entertained like kids (and while we didn't have any kids you should definitely bring yours because there is a cute child's bedroom with room for 3 littles with a few Montessori toys, a playground in the back and amenities for babies in the closet!) There were plenty of towels, the bathtubs were deep and the sheets were soft. We doordashed meals and everything was quick, the kitchen had everything we needed to serve, plus a lovely assortment of coffee for the mornings. The host was very accommodating and communacative!

This location was surprisingly more spacious than the photos posted and it came with A LOT of accommodations. These host really put a lot of thought and heart into making this place a perfect stay. Janet kindly and briefly welcomed us when we first arrived. There’s a wall separating the guest homes outside dining, jacuzzi, bbq, fire pit and bird watching area from the main home, so it’s plenty private! We definitely recommend this stay and would visit again.

We have stayed in airbnbs almost exclusively for almost three years due to circumstances and this one was truly something else because it combined the luxurious feeling of being isolated whilst being next to sacred falls and trees , with treats like a hot tub , and then family friendly needs taken care of- the toys were a huge help! The cot , the space , the outdoor swing and beautiful garden! The comfort of beds. The consideration for my asthma : the host is beyond… professional and caring , communicative and truly rapid in response Oh and the top floor with the library!! My daughter and I read for days and no screens! Wonderful

Very nice, lots of space in personal character. You feel like you are at a home, not a place calibrated for renting, which we like. Great jacuzzi. And super quiet, calm and relaxing and yet very close to the Saloon and Sportsman (my Fav).

This Airbnb is a MUST if you are looking for a peaceful get-away in the forest. My friends and I are already wanting to go back! The house is absolutely beautiful with amazing views of the giant sequoias and mountains beyond. We were able to see the prettiest sunset I’ve ever witnessed from the comfort of the back deck. The house itself was just how it is described in the listing/photos. Very comfortable and clean. Kristin and Austin were very proactive in communicating any issues and checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Our group enjoyed a brisk walk from the cabin to the 5th largest tree in the world, just around the corner of the Airbnb location. Recommended in the very handy guide book left by Austin and Kristin. The giant sequoia right outside the primary was astonishing to fall asleep to every night. Could not recommend this place more! Perfect for small groups or a romantic couple retreat! They have thought of everything to make this stay perfect!

We had a great stay in Wofford Heights! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Lake Isabella and the surrounding nature. Robyn was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. Highly recommended!

We had the best time staying at Birdies cabin. Myself, my husband and our two children were blown away when we arrived. Everything at the cabin exceeded our expectations. I have to say a huge thank you to Birdie for your quick responses and advice. I would highly recommend birdies cabin. The views are incredible, the kids loved the giant connect 4 and the smores station you set up! We are on a once in a lifetime American road trip with the family, but I would absolutely love to return again in the future. Thank you so much xx

So glad we booked this beautiful cabin! As two couples on a US road trip, it was just perfect! We stayed for a couple of days, loved the river, the sound of frogs in evening, the walks, the giant Sequoias, the local eateries and shops - literally everything was perfect. Thanks Rod - we want to come back!!
