Relax in the soft steam of a big SAUNA in this peaceful location apartment. In the bedrooms, waiting FOR you, ready-pedated beds for a towel. In a large bedroom, a good 180x200cm double bed + big Smart TV, in a smaller one, 2 high-quality 80x200cm beds. In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed (80+80 x 200 cm) from the sofa bed in the fireplace room. Coffee, tea, and final cleaning with dishes are included!

Welcome to a neat, well-maintained studio! You'll have the entire apartment (37 m²) to yourself. Free parking with a heating pole in the yard, which is rare for a car in this area. In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Private duplex in the center of Joensuu. Cozy apartment with sauna, glazed balcony for evening sun and central, but quiet location: 1km to the market, 500m to the university. Parking lot in the courtyard, plus 8h puck spots on the street (8am-6pm). NOTE: Self-catering, i.e. you take care of the sheets and cleaning yourself. Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived. Bring your own sheets or you can borrow them from the closet. Washing and drying of borrowed sheets before departure 🙂✨

Siisti 21m² yksiö sijaitsee puiston reunalla rauhallisella Niinivaaran omakotitaloalueella. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Putkola Cottage Finland

Find your peace in a classic Finnish cottage with a sauna in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kivenkänä in South Karelia. The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. Not far from the cottage is the Kyläkuppila Käpälämäki bar, where in addition to the classic offer of drinks and meals, you can also buy basic groceries, various consumer goods, and fishing permits. Various cultural evenings are often held here.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

In a modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa, you can spend your holiday in a beautiful setting. The large windows of the cottage overlook Lake Saimaa. The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The outdoor hot tub, rowing boat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants all year round.

Long deck by the water, summer kitchen, balcony on top of water, rowing boat, wood-fired sauna - all this is waiting for you in Ukonniemi. Boat house is excellent for remote work too as it is equipped so that all you need to bring along is your laptop. We are located on a northern Ukonniemi vineyard. You can explore nature and lake Pyhäjärvi during your stay!

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
